In recent years, most major cities have been

facing/undergoing (undergo ปกติไม่ค่อยใช้ continuous) the
problems/difficulties of traffic congestion and pollution. Many people
hold the opinion that these might be caused by more workers
traveling from the countryside to work in the city. This essay will
consider/examine the effective methods/solutions to persuade rural
people not to commute to work in the city.

Many people prefer to live in the countryside owing to a
cheap/low cost of accommodation and the pleasant environment;
nevertheless, they still work in the city. As a consequence, not
only is traffic more congested but air is also polluted. This essay
will consider the effective/successful methods to persuade rural
people not to commute to work in the city.
The first measure to encourage city workers to not travel such
long distances into/to work is decentralization. A case in point is
that the authorities/administrations should relocate several main
government departments to the provinces. They could also
encourage the large corporations to move/decentralize their
headquarters to rural areas as there are by providing immense
benefits such as reducing significantly more significant tax
collection.. Consequently, more employment opportunities are
created, resulting in much fewer rural dwellers traveling to work in
the city.
The second measure to persuade people not to commute to
work in urban areas is to encourage people dwelling in the
provincial areas to live in the cities. For one thing, the
governments ought to/had better provide inexpensive housing in the
city to workers and improve the city/urban environment like
increasing green areas, restricting the amount of toxic smoke from
factories and cars, and treating polluted water. This is because
some of them prefer to dwell in the country due to the cheap cost
of accommodation and the pleasant environment.
The last/final measure to reduce the number of workers
traveling from their rural home to urban workplaces/offices is that
employers should allow employees to work from home; for
instance, doing research or carrying out projects at home and send
sent progress by email. Furthermore, there might be
online/video/distant conferences.
To sum up, there are a number of means which could
decrease the number of people commuting from the provincial
home to urban offices. In my point of view, it would be most
effective, if the administrations took all of the abovementioned
measures into consideration mentioned above. หรือ ,if the
