General Depression, Anxiety, and Other Nervous Symptoms:

Free peer led self-help groups for anxiety, depression, panic disorders, phobias, obsessions, compulsions, anger, fears, and
other nervous symptoms. Court approved anger management. There are ten meeting locations around San Diego area in

Free peer facilitated 16 week workshop that helps participants learn skills to deal with anxiety in a positive manner. Course
