2009. In view of the importance and applicability of the topics discussed by prominent Scientists and Researchers from various regions of the country,
the conference obtained International Recognition through the Italian Journal ATTI DELLA FONDAZIONE GIORGIO RONCHI, Issue No. 6, 2010. The
contents of this issue consist of sixteen review articles and research papers on Applied Sciences and Nanotechnology. Publication of the proceedings of
this National Workshop in the International Journal has given great boost to Research & Development (R&D) activities of our College. This Workshop

Prof. Devender Prakash of Electronics Department has been honoured
among top 100 with Young Scientist Award for working on Latest Multiband
Antena for 4G Mobile Technology. Governor of Punjab and UT Administrator,
Mr. Shivraj Patil honoured him in a function organized by Punjab Science
Congress in Chandigarh on February 9, 2010. Er. Ranjan Agrawal,
Chairman, Er. G.K. Sethi, Managing Director, HCTM Group of Institutions,
