OBJECTIVE
Having recently completed my undergraduate studies, I am interested in developing my skills and interests in areas in and
beyond my degree. Although my academic qualifications are focused primarily on Information, Communication, Technology,
my personal interest ultimately lies in customer service. Having I.T. experience, I aim to identify the needs of any customer,
meet the needs of any customer and leave them entirely satisfied with the service they have received, also supporting them
afterwards and maintaining them as a loyal customer using the services.
