MAKES 12
A recipe from the kitchen wonder herself, Daphne Beutel.
This doesn’t get any easier!

4 cups self-rising flour Preheat the oven to 400⁰ F. Line a baking


1 ¼ cups heavy cream sheet with parchment paper. Sift flour into
1 cup lemonade a bowl, make a well, and pour in cream
and lemonade. With a knife, mix to make a
firm dough. Turn out onto a lightly floured
surface and gently knead until combined.
Press with your hands until about 1 inch
thick, cut with a 3-inch round cookie
cutter, place on baking sheet close
together, and bake for 12 minutes or until
golden brown.

OPTIONAL: These freeze beautifully.
