BANDO REGOLAMENTO DEL CONCORSO

Coro Lirico Renata Tebaldi APS, in collaborazione con Associazione Emiliano Romagnola Cori
(A.E.R.CO) annuncia la prima edizione del CONCORSO DI COMPOSIZIONE CORALE
“NUOVI PERCORSI SONORI”.

Il concorso di composizione corale si pone come obiettivo principale quello di scoprire nuovi talenti
della composizione corale e di mettere in circolazioni nuove composizioni musicali divenendo
promotrice di idee nuove, contribuendo ad aumentare la sinergia tra realtà corali vicine e intessere
nuove relazioni con altre realtà.

• Art. 1
Possono partecipare al concorso compositori di qualsiasi sesso, nazionalit e che abbiano un’età
pari o superiore ai 18 anni.

• Art. 2
COMPOSIZIONI

• 2.1 I compositori potranno presentare un massimo di due composizioni per coro “a cappella” o
con accompagnamento pianistico (un solo pianoforte) per una o pi formazioni corali tra le
seguenti:

A. Coro misto; (S-A-T-Br-B)* con possibilità di sdoppiare le voci fino ad un massimo di 10 (S-
S-A-A-T-T-Br-Br-B-B);

B. Coro maschile;

C. Coro femminile.

• 2.2 Sono ammesse al concorso composizioni sia profane che sacre, in lingua italiana, inglese,
francese o latina, su testo e argomento liberamente scelti dall’autore; è ammesso anche il
semplice vocalizzo.

• 2.3 La durata di ogni composizione deve essere compresa tra i 3 e i 6 minuti.

• 2.4 Le composizioni devono essere inedite, mai eseguite, premiate o segnalate in altri concorsi

• Art. 3
MODALITÀ DI ISCRIZIONE E DI INVIO DELLE PARTITURE

• 3.1 I compositori dovranno compilare il modulo di iscrizione reperibile al seguente link:

iscriviti qui dove, oltre ai dati anagrafici, verrà richiesto di caricare anche le partiture in formato
pdf (vedi 3.2).

 La segreteria riceverà tutti i lavori, che verranno quindi inviati, anonimamente, ai membri della
giuria. Nessuna identità del compositore verrà divulgata alla giuria prima o durante la fase
valutativa. (Dopo l’invio, si riceverà una mail di conferma. Se tale mail non arriva, si prega di
contattare la segreteria ai contatti riportati all’ Art.13 ).

• 3.2 Ciascuna partitura inviata dovr essere anonima, ma corredata da un titolo o un motto (il
motto dovrà essere diverso nel caso in cui si inviino due partiture). Il formato accettato sarà
esclusivamente il pdf e dovrà essere inserito nell’apposita casella contenuta nel modulo di
iscrizione.

• 3.3 Sul modulo di iscrizione dovr essere attivata la spunta sulla casella ove si attesta che le
composizioni non sono mai state pubblicate, eseguite, premiate o segnalate in altri concorsi.

• 3.4 La data di scadenza delle iscrizioni e relativa consegna delle partiture fissata per il 30
Settembre 2021 alle ore 23:59 (ora italiana).

• Art. 4
TASSE

• 4.1 prevista una tassa di iscrizione di 70,00 € per una sola composizione presentata, 100,00 €
per due composizioni presentate.

• 4.2 La tassa sarà restituita solo in caso di non effettuazione del concorso.

• 4.3 Il pagamento potr essere effettuato on-line tramite bonifico bancario da intestare a:

• Art. 5
PREMI

Ad ogni compositore verrà assegnato uno solo tra i premi previsti, anche nel caso in cui presentasse
due composizioni.

diplomi di merito alle composizioni segnalate dalla giuria;

1º premio - 1000,00 € ed esecuzione pubblica;

2º premio - 750,00 € ed esecuzione pubblica;
3º premio - 500,00 € ed esecuzione pubblica.

I premi, a giudizio insindacabile della Giuria, potranno non essere assegnati.

 In caso di parit i premi in denaro saranno divisi fra i vincitori ex aequo.

• Art. 6
Il giudizio della giuria inappellabile e definitivo.

• Art. 7
La decisione della giuria sarà annunciata sulla pagina del concorso e sul sito www.aerco.it, pagina
Facebook e Instagram di Coro Renata Tebaldi entro la fine di ottobre 2021; inoltre una mail
personale verrà inviata ai vincitori.
I premi saranno conferiti nella cerimonia di premiazione che avverrà a Parma (la sede del concerto
verrà comunicata in seguito) nel dicembre 2021 (o inviati successivamente ai premiati in caso di
loro assenza).

• Art. 8
• 8.1 Le partiture presentate non saranno restituite e resteranno nell'archivio cartaceo e digitale
del Coro Lirico Renata Tebaldi APS.

• 8.2 Le composizioni presentate al concorso saranno considerate proprietà intellettuale del

compositore che ha presentato i brani e tutti i diritti ad esso relativi rimarranno al compositore.

• 8.3 Qualora, per motivi di forza maggiore indipendenti dalla volontà dell’associazione, in
occasione della premiazione non fosse possibile procedere all’esecuzione delle composizioni
vincitrici, verrà eliminato ogni vincolo relativo alla loro prima esecuzione pubblica. In tal caso,
il compositore sarà libero di ascoltare la composizione eseguita altrove.

• Art. 9
GIURIA

La giuria sarà composta da musicisti di spicco del panorama italiano:

- Sebastiano Rolli (Presidente. Direttore d’orchestra)

- Davide Carmarino (Pianista e compositore)
- Andrea Chinaglia (Direttore d’orchestra e pianista)
- Fabrizio Fanticini (Compositore)
- Ruben Ferrari (Pianista accompagnatore, cantante e direttore di coro)
- Gianluigi Giacomoni (Direttore di coro)

• Art. 10
DIRETTORE E CONCERTO

Il concerto nel giorno della cerimonia di premiazione sarà diretto da Carmelo Bongiovanni,
direttore musicale del Coro Lirico Renata Tebaldi APS.

 Coro Lirico Renata Tebaldi APS si riserva la possibilità di avvalersi della libera collaborazione di
altre realtà corali del territorio e non.

• Art. 11
Per quanto non esplicitato nel presente regolamento, valgono le disposizioni del Codice Civile e
delle leggi in materia.

• Art. 12
La partecipazione al concorso implica la conoscenza e la piena accettazione del presente
regolamento.

• Art 14
TRATTAMENTO DATI

Coro Lirico Renata Tebaldi APS in relazione al trattamento dei dati dei partecipanti al concorso
dichiara che gli stessi verranno tenuti in memoria fino al giorno della decisione della giuria in
merito ai vincitori. Una volta decretati i vincitori e annunciati pubblicamente, tutti i dati dei
partecipanti verranno cancellati dalla memoria in maniera definitiva e irrevocabile. Si dichiara,
altresì, che, i dati verranno trattati solo ai fini del concorso, ovvero serviranno alla segreteria per
risalire al nome dei compositori delle tre partiture vincitrici e verificarne la concordanza con quanto
definito dall’Art. 1 del presente regolamento (nello specifico, l’età pari o superiore ai 18 anni);
inoltre serviranno alla segreteria per comunicare l’esito che ne decreta l’eventuale assegnazione dei
premi, o per eventuali comunicazioni con i partecipanti in merito a qualsiasi necessità o evenienza
esclusivamente ai fini del concorso.



 REGULATION OF THE COMPETITION

Coro Lirico Renata Tebaldi APS, in collaboration with Associazione Emiliano Romagnola Cori
(A.E.R.CO) announces the first edition of the COMPETITION OF CHORAL COMPOSITION
"NUOVI PERCORSI SONORI".

The main objective of the competition is to discover new talents in choral composition and to put
new musical compositions into circulation, becoming a promoter of new ideas, helping to increase
the synergy between nearby choral realities and develop new relationships with other realities.

• Art. 1
The competition is open to composers of any nationality and who are aged 18 or over.

• Art. 2
COMPOSITIONS

• 2.1 Composers can present a maximum of two compositions for choir "a cappella" or with piano
accompaniment (only one piano) for one or more of the following choral ensembles:

A. Mixed choir; (S-A-T-Br-B) * with the possibility of splitting the voices up to a maximum of
10 (S-S-A-A-T-T-Br-Br-B-B);
B. Male choir;
C. Female choir.

• 2.2 Both profane and sacred compositions are admitted to the competition, in Italian, English,
French or Latin, on a text and subject freely chosen by the author; simple vocalization is also
allowed.

• 2.3 The duration of each composition must be between 3 and 6 minutes.

• 2.4 The compositions must have never been published, performed, awarded or reported in other
competitions.

• Art. 3
REGISTRATION AND SENDING OF SCORES

• 3.1 Composers must complete the registration f at the following link iscriviti qui and, in
addition to the personal data, they will also be asked to upload the scores in pdf format (see
3.2).
The secretariat will receive all the works, which will then be sent, anonymously, to the members
of the jury. No identity of the composer will be disclosed to the jury before or during the












 evaluation phase. (Then, the organitation will send a confirming mail, if you will not receive it,
please contact us; contacts are at Art. 13).

• 3.2 Each score sent must be anonymous, but accompanied by a title or a motto (the motto must
be different if two scores are sent). The accepted format will be pdf only and must be entered in
the appropriate box contained in the registration form.

• 3.3 On the participation form the check mark from the check box must be activated confirming
that the compositions have never been published, performed, awarded or reported in other
competitions.

• 3.4 The deadline for registration is set for September 30th 2021 at 11:59 pm (Italian time).

• Art. 4
FEES

• 4.1 Participation in the competition is subject to the payment of a registration fee of 70,00 € for
a single composition and 100,00 € for two compositions.

• 4.2 The fee will be refunded only in case of the competition is not taking place.

• 4.3 Payment, by Bank transfer, must be headed to:

• Art. 5
AWARDS

Each composer will be awarded only one of the prizes provided, even if he presents two
compositions.

Diploma of merit to the compositions indicated by the jury

- 1st prize - € 1000,00 and public performance;

- 2nd prize - € 750,00 and public performance;
- 3rd prize - € 500,00 and public performance.

The prizes, at the discretion of the Jury, may not be awarded. In the event of a tie, the cash prizes
will be divided among the winners ex aequo.












 • Art. 6
The jury's decision is final and irrevocable.

• Art. 7
The jury's decision will be announced on the website www.aerco.it, on the Facebook and Instagram
page of Coro Renata Tebaldi by the end of October 2021; anyhow, the results of the Competition
will be made known personally to the winners by e-mail.
The prizes will be awarded in the awards ceremony that will take place in Parma (the venue of the
concert will be announced later) in December 2021 (or sent later to the winners in case of their
absence).

• Art. 8
• 8.1 The scores presented will not be returned and will remain in the paper and digital archive of
the Coro Lirico Renata Tebaldi APS.

• 8.2 The compositions submitted to the competition will be considered intellectual property of
the composer who presented the pieces and all rights relating to it will remain with the
composer.

• 8.3 If, for reasons of force majeure beyond the control of the association, it is not possible to
perform the winning compositions during the award ceremony, any constraint relating to their
first public performance will be eliminated. Then composer will be free to listen to the
composition performed elsewhere.

• Art. 9
JURY

The jury will be composed of leading musicians from the Italian scene:

• Ruben Ferrari (Accompanist pianist, singer and choir director)
• Gianluigi Giacomoni (Choir conductor)

• Art. 10
CONCERT AND CONDUCTOR

On the day of the awards ceremony the concert will be conducted by Carmelo Bongiovanni,
musical director of the Coro Lirico Renata Tebaldi APS.

Coro Lirico Renata Tebaldi APS will have the opportunity to make use of the free collaboration of
other choral realities in the area or not.



 • Art. 11
Although not explicitly stated in this regulation, the provisions of the Civil Code and the relevant
laws apply.

• Art. 12
Participation in the competition implies knowledge and full acceptance of these regulations.

• Art. 14
DATA OF PARTECIPANTS

Coro Lirico Renata Tebaldi APS in relation to the processing of the data of the participants in the
competition declares that the same will be kept in memory until the day of the jury's decision
regarding the winners. Once the winners have been decreed and publicly announced, all participant
data will be permanently and irrevocably deleted from memory. It is also declared that the data will
be processed only for the purposes of the competition, or will be used by the secretariat to trace the
name of the composers of the three winning scores and verify their compliance with the provisions
of Art. 1 of this regulation (specifically, the age equal to or over 18 years); they will also be used by
the secretariat to communicate the outcome that decrees the possible awarding of prizes, or for any
communications with participants regarding any need or eventuality exclusively for the purposes of
the competition.
