ConaxTech Inc. is please to announce a CNX V1 trade up program, so that all of

our loyal CNX V1 owners can take advantage of a very substantial discount
towards a new CNX Duo or Trio model set top box. This will enable our V1 users
to enjoy the latest in Free To Air technology at a fraction of the retail price. We
thank our CNX V1 users for their loyal patronage and offer this discount
exclusively for them.

Please find instructions below:

1. Please fill out the following form and include it with your shipment to an
authorized distributor.
2. Please ensure that your Conaxsat V1 is shipped back with all accessories,
including the remote controls, USB stick and diseqc switch.
3. For Each CNX V1 sent in your name you will be eligible to receive a
discount on the purchase of a CNX Duo or CNX Trio model. In Canada
the discount is equal to $100CAD. In the USA the discount is equal to
$70USD.
4. The customer is responsible for any applicable shipping charges.
5. Once your product is packaged, please remit to one of the following
distributors. Please ensure you choose the distributor where you
purchased the product or one in your geographical area (See Page.3 for
Authorized Trade Up Distributors)
6. Please note that the form must be printed and included with your
shipment. Please see form on Page.2 of this document.
