ISAAC KIM
Cedar Crest
For Kim, bowling is serious business. He rolls 100 games a week in order to
perfect his game but it’s not just the repetition. “Isaac lives, eats and breathes
bowling,’’ said Cedar Crest coach Jolene Haller. “He studies where his feet are on
the lane and where his hands are. Sometimes, when he bowls a strike, he’ll change
his ball because he didn’t like where the ball hit the pins.’’ Besides having the top
average during the regular season, Kim, a senior, recorded a top-eight finish at
Garden Spot
Charlesen directed the Spartans to
the Eastern Regional Championship
and followed that with a silver-medal
finish at the Pennsylvania State High
School Bowling Championships.
Garden Spot, which captured the L-L
League Section Two title, was made
up of Matt Detrick, Cody McKillips,
Brandon Wise, Cody Henry, Matt
Martin, Nate Wallace and Nick Martin.
