PART A: (Full mark 30 marks, convert into 10 %)

Select a company that you like (Construction? Advertising? Oil and Gas Company? Choose
and mention your company). Imagine you are the manager of that company.

2) There are 12 levels of stakeholder management tools. Discuss any 2 level of


stakeholder management tools that you will use to manage your external stakeholders.

Any 1 theory from “Normative Theories” that will become your motto in
managing your stakeholders. Discuss WHY you choose that theory, and HOW

PART B: (Full mark 20 marks, convert into 10 %) – Environment as Stakeholders

As busy people, we often take nature for granted. The problem with taking nature for granted
is that we have a tendency not to appreciate the amazing complexity of the world around us.
One amazing but typically forgotten characteristic about the natural world is that we interact
with it every minute of every day of our lives. From this point of view, earth and everything
else in the universe comprise our environment and can be considered our continuous, ever-
present stakeholders.

2. Should businesses be concerned about the natural environment? Why? (5 marks)

3. What are several of the most important environmental issues now receiving
worldwide attention? Elaborate on any 2 environmental issues. (6 Marks)

4. What are some of the causes of environmental pollution and depletion? (2 marks)

5. What is the future outlook for the natural environment? (4 marks)
