environments: the Lake Vico Nature Reserve includes them all, in a
constant and often difficult balance between the needs of nature
conservation and the maintenance of agricultural traditions, between
tourist necessity and environmental sustainability.
Thus the main aim of this guide is to have these pages transmit the
exceptional variety of environments and above all the great
biodiversity→ found within it, with the final aim of producing a
practical tool for those who don’t know the region and who wish
to know it better, a slim volume to leaf through while searching for
its most beautiful corners. PROTECTED AREA
