In the Load Monitoring we have various activities to be monitored:

 We do encryption and decryption of feeds

 Space Clean Up
1] New process change from Acxiom to Epsilon we have many validation of feeds
2] Maintaining Space in Model Builder Server (2 mountpoints), 3 mountpoints on sconsas01
server, 4 mount points on Setlab01 server (/cmap, /cmap01, /cmap02, /cmap04)
 Daily Jobs Monitoring >>> We have Daily 8 processes….In that we include Model Builder
Execution which consumes most of our time in Manual execution whenever a Model goes into
loop. 20 hrs / week
 Validation of Extracts along with Byte Size/Record count {Validation of extracts after ETL and
MB process.We need to validate the record count of each extract because if any of the extracts
crosses the FDR approval volume, we need to contact FDR for the same.}>> 6 hrs/week
 NDM Log Validation >> 3hrs/week
 Client Communication >> There are scenarios where there used to be delay in extract generation
process (server panic/slowness)>>>2hrs/week
 Feed File Validation and arrival process >> 1 hr/week
 Monitor the progress of jobs through EME. (Check for all Phases of the Job with turnaround time
for each phase; for any issues contact System Admin or Database admin for remediation) >>
Custattr and C360 for CMAP.CMAP CANADA 5 tables loading. CDCI STATEMENT FACT and
TRANSACTION_FACT pull for Performance Indicator (PI) >>>5hr

Execution…..For EDRS we sent 15M data…If FDR volume is crossed We need to contact and send

 Log File Validation
 PI process runs for 52 clients and there are three phases for it. So the total number of autosys
jobs to be monitored is around 165.Again we are having monthly merge and join(12 month
data) for thr CDCI STMT and TRAN FACT data. Also Epsilon jobs and few other ETL supporting
(creates datasets for other jobs)
 Validation of Data that is loaded in the Table??
 Monthly extracts includes CANADA HRT, CANADA C360, MISC4_BELK, PERISIAN, EDS08 RCF
extract (runs for 40 clients). EDS08 RCF extract runs for 40 clients and 40 separate extract are
transmitted to FDR on a monthly basis. Total of around 60 extracts are transmitted on a monthly
basis.
