Mexican Students
Graduate Programs
These scholarships are available from Oklahoma State University to degree-seeking students from Mexico who do not
have graduate assistantship support. Students receiving scholarships will pay in-state tuition rates as opposed to the
(higher) tuition rates normally applicable to out-of-state and international students.

Requirements:
1. Must be a citizen of Mexico;
2. Must have applied to, and meet all requirements for admission to, an OSU graduate degree program;
3. Scholarships apply only to courses that are applicable to an OSU graduate degree program; the student must maintain
a minimum overall GPA of 3.0 in these courses.

To apply, please submit to the Graduate College:

1. A completed application form;
2. Your current resume or vita;
3. A typed personal statement of 1000 words or less detailing your educational objectives, and how these objectives will
be achieved by pursuing your degree at OSU.

Award of these scholarships is competitive. You will be notified by the Graduate College when a
decision has been made. Scholarships are awarded for twelve months, and may be renewed for up to
two more years upon submission and evaluation of new application(s). Courses taken through
distance education, correspondence, or from other institutions are not covered by this scholarship.
