The country of France is part of the European Union (EU) and is in agreement with

forming a unified force of military personal with the other nation that is currently in the EU. The country

of France understands about the issues that most country faces because of the effect of the war with

displacement. After many years of fight a country citizens and residents become refuges due to war.

France is proposing that there should be more reconstruction of the main areas where infrastructure was

destroys due to war or natural disasters. Natural disaster is also one effect that makes people become

refugees, it can lead to have more problems with the government.

France is proposing that we should have rebuilding in areas that were affected by

natural disasters should have a reconstructed also areas which have wars. It is very important that the

United Nations works on an effort to have more countries update. There should be a flow of humanitarian

aid in the countries that are affected by the civilians. Having more humanitarian would attracted more

refuges towards their natural areas. These actions would reduce the refuges among other countries. By

reducing refugees problems with nations will decrease al well. One reason it is important to reduce the

amount of refuges in the world is there will be a reduction of abuse of labor workers. Many factories or

common jobs might abuse refuges and hire them as cheap labor. This will cause many companies to seek

cheap labor; they may have very low paying jobs or sometimes not pay at all.

France is in full support to become one nation that accepts quota refugees and is

willing to send aid and medical assistances towards the countries in need. Also Frances would like to

comment that a majority of the refuges are Muslims and are effect by the persecution of there religion.

Many refuges seek areas were it is unproductive land. These areas were they seek refuge does not have

proper sanitation of medical supplies. France is working with the European Union in the past the
European has agreed to have a give amount of 350 Euros is support for the Palestinians with the flow of

humanitarian aid. This money is only for the purpose of emergency only if there is an urgent need of

supplies.

In conclusion the delegation of France main priority is to promote the general will and basic

necessities of a human survival, there should be more information thought all the nations about the effect

of having many refuges. It can lead to racial discrimination or the abuse of refuges by labor companies

some refuges might turn up having to fight for the right to survive. As the United Nations we should turn

up and rise up and help the world and have the basic necessities for every human. Thank You
