The Boers and apartheid, are well-known in the Netherlands.

Therefore, I, Roberta Kelly, submit to the International Court of Justice [ICJ] cases,1 and request
an emergency inquiry. My claim-charge is apartheid [ie a separation of language intentionally by a
certain faction, a few elite, whom]. The [brain-mind] is split into a fracture of subhuman, a majority
[who] are separated into being a-part from our own species [human]. Clarity about how language for
only a few, is decided by the elite. The whom that can easily, effortlessly and legally over-power the
who. Whom manufacture who into mental-emotional insecure states, initially by splitting language, a
distinct separation of the human being, in the brain-mind: apartheid according to my understanding.
Fixating [law] forms of languages [eg shame and toxic predatory abuse] as a predominant apartheid
that the whom co-create. Clearly, the who cannot compete as an equal against the superiority force.

Money also is a controlled quasi-language. It is a system which is dictated and labeled a

democratic form of government in America with a free market of products sold as unregulated, safe
and therefore, marketing trust in the public for commodities of trades and exchanges. The who [birth-
to-death in medicine, education, television, news, media, Hollywood] in the U.S. are controlled in
every breath as farmed whom’s monopoly of life on earth.

 Apartheid: governments in an intentional complication of language deciding law separate due
process which includes all the facts for the whole truth. Splitting an idea and/or the concept(s).
Incomprehensible foreign languages, obfuscation and major impossibilities to overcome. For an
example, in 2011, Latin spoken in the United States of America absent adequate schooling, is at best an
imagined inconceivable. Then there is America via Wall Street’s partnerships with Goldman Sachs,
Israel First, et al., et cetera, forcing self-representation in the courts. The culture of corruption,
torture, is ruler in forms of killing time and other obvious totalitarian snuff of verve. Language, is
what exactly when the whom continue to wage wars in a Constitutional Republic rule of law.
Questions concluding the United Nations’ Agendas, in particular, Twenty-one [21] and the digital
system of undisclosed and dictated [ie eg Birth Certificate, Social Security number(s)], a separation of
those who have not and those whom have: George W. Bush, Jr.

Ethical2 conundrums3 in the system may direct an investigation into how carefully protected are
the Bush whom have cycles enjoying no less than one hundred [100] years. And We the Have nots? It
appears we continue to be forced into separating all our labor, wealth and life too, due to the language
of the Boers?!

Cyclically ongoing for no less than sixty-two [62] years for me, apartheid. Therefore, please

& 10-36111. I, Roberta Kelly, do declare and state that I was not, and I have not: [1] been honored
with the requests regarding vital statics [SSN, BN, etc.]; [2] provided Pro-Se attorney program
information; [3] remotely offered a non-apartheid judicial program.
