The purpose of this study is to evaluate the Employee Assistance Programme specifically focusing on:
staff utilization of the programme, employee knowledge of the EAP and programme adequacy. The
findings of this study will help in improving the programme, strengthen the plans for service delivery and
increase efficiency of the programme since programme evaluation is one of the elements for successful
EAP operation. The information obtained from the respondents will be treated with the utmost
confidentiality.

The research report will be made available to the management of the Department.
