Cameron, whereby on April 22, 2010 during proceedings, as documented by Transcripts of proceedings
Page 7 Line 13 and forward, Roderick A. Cameron acting outside of Judicial Ability as per Judicial
Canon, denied a non-existent motion that Jeffrey P. Erbs had verbally stated he was going to file,
without having filed. This is not only the practice of law, but the practice of magic or psychic ability
whereby even prior to due process rights, being effected, there is none to either Offend or Abrogate,
Constituting Fraud upon this Court, Obstruction of Justice, Tampering with Evidence by
Omission/Fraud, and Criminal Contempt of Court whereby the ability of the court to function has been
Impeded.
