Subject: New Quadriga inverter

ENGLISH
We would like to inform you that starting from the above serial number, all Quadriga tire changers are
equipped by the new Snap On technology Inverter # EAA0358G49A / 4031381 that replaces the former one
Emerson # 2-49066A / 0032800.
From the mechanical point of view, the new Inverter is interchangeable with the old one only on machines
equipped by the new electric box # 4031441, see Service Bulletin 740 TC. However, given that the connectors
are different, in case of replacement it required to order also the following cables:
1 x # EAW0276G47A / 4031370 Inverter control cable
1 x # EAW0276G48A / 4031371 Terminal block – Inverter blue cable
1 x # EAW0276G49A / 4031372 Terminal block – Inverter black cable
1 x # EAW0276G50A / 4031373 Motor power cable.
1 x # EAW0265G90A / 4030724 Ground wire L.170mm
At the moment the new Inverter # EAA0358G49A / 4031381 is not interchangeable on machines equipped by
old electric box, therefore the former Emerson one will be still available as spare parts, already programmed,
with part number # 4030984.

Gradiamo informarvi che a partire dal numero di serie sopra riportato tutti gli smonta gomme Quadriga sono
equipaggiati con il nuovo inverter a tecnologia Snap On # EAA0358G49A / 4031381 che sostituisce quello
precedente Emerson # 2-49066A / 0032800.
Dal punto di vista meccanico il nuovo inverter è intercambiabile con quello vecchio solo su macchine
equipaggiate con la nuova cassetta elettrica # 4031441, vedere il Bollettino di Servizio 740 TC. Tuttavia, dato
che i connettori sono diversi, in caso di sostituzione è necessario ordinare anche i seguenti cavi:

1 x # EAW0276G48A / 4031371 Terminal block – Inverter blue cable
1 x # EAW0276G49A / 4031372 Terminal block – Inverter black cable

Al momento il nuovo # EAA0358G49A / 4031381 non intercambiabile su macchine equipaggiate con la
vecchia cassetta elettrica e quindi il precedente Emerson sarà ancora disponibile come ricambio, già
programmato, con il codice # 4030984.

Ab der oben aufgeführten Seriennummer werden alle Quadriga-Reifenmontiermaschinen mit dem neuen
Wandler # EAA0358G49A / 4031381 in Snap-on-Technik ausgerüstet, der den bisherigen Emerson-Wandler
# 2-49066A / 0032800 ersetzt.
Mechanisch gesehen ist der neue Wandler nur bei Maschinen mit dem neuen Schaltkasten # 4031441, siehe
Service-Bulletin 740 TC, gegen den alten austauschbar. Da die Anschlüsse unterschiedlich sind, müssen für
einen Austausch auch folgende Kabel mitbestellt werden.

Derzeit ist der neue Wandler # EAA0358G49A / 4031381 nicht bei Maschinen mit dem alten Schaltkasten
austauschbar, daher bleibt der bisherige Emerson-Wandler noch als Ersatzteil lieferbar. Er ist bereits
programmiert und hat die Teilenr. # 4030984.
