To My Esteemed Colleagues,

Stephen C. Winnicki, came to our company as a consultant to assist us with our

Oracle/J.D. Edwards Financials Application configuration. In my 30 years in business,
there have been very few people that I have met that make an “instant-impact” to an
organization. Mr. Winnicki is one of those people. His positive beliefs and knowledge of the
possibilities of how something can work, rather than why it won’t, make him one of the
best analysts that I have met in my career.

I have personally witnessed his abilities at work when he joined our project after we were
8 months behind and had revised our Go-Live (yet again) to 6 months further out. Our
project had become mired in a transactional nightmare that stemmed from a UOM rebate
structure which was based on a goods returned amount that was not repurchased, but
rather rebated, and was in use for hundreds of commodities down to the gram. Plus we
faced a challenge of converting the refund from Euro to Yen to U.S. Dollar and back again.
Try as we might, we could not solve many of the challenges involved until Stephen
showed us that there are many ways to think outside the JDE Box. After his work was
done, we were able to revise our Go-Live from 6 months behind to 2 months behind. Our
combined divisions are now expecting a $6 Million USD profit from the changes he
suggested.

Most valuable of all is his ability to work with any client on their level. He can easily
converse with knowledgeable individuals about the deeply technical aspects of a business
model and translate the high-level information into basic fundamental processes newer
users are able to comprehend. His capabilities have enhanced the overall quality of
several projects in our organization and he is one of the best and brightest JD Edwards
ERP consultants there is. If you are fortunate enough to be reading this letter of
