As we know today each and every footwear brands are going with the lots of
of media, and the companies are ready to spend good amount of money on

Research Methodology
Research design
The study will be done in Amravati city within a span of one year. The
sample size will be selected in convenient manner in the way that it
represents the whole universe. The data will be collected is in primary
nature hence we are choosing exploratory research design. The
universe in this study will be Amravati city.
Data collection
Primary data
1. Observation.
2. Personal Interviews.
3. Questionnaire.
Secondary data
Data which are not originally collected but rather obtained from
published sources or unpublished sources .thus secondary data are
those which already been collected by someone else sources or
unpublished sources. Secondary data will be collected from internet
website, books, magazines, newspapers, pamphlets, dealers, retailers
etc.
Review of Literatures:
For the analyzing purpose review of following literatures may be
required.
Historical data of the Brands like Reebok and Adidas that are
available in Amaravati.
Scrap:
- 2007-08 – To hire fresh graduates and give them a basic training and a
module training of 2-3 months and then allocated them on the project.
- 2008-09 – to consult the respective depts. and know their need of the dept.
and then hire employees with required skill set.
- 2009-10 – to hire employees and assign a mentor to them to assess the skill
and capabilities of candidates and then accordingly assign project to employees.
