Get Wild on Purim – It’s a Tradition!

Join us on Saturday, March 19th at 7:00 PM for a traditionally irreverent rendition
of the Megilla, as we chant, mock, parody, dance and rhyme the Book of Esther,
fulfilling our sacred duty to have a grand ol’ time on Purim. Some of the finest home-
grown Jewish ‘talent’ in Northern Colorado will present creative interpretations of the

We are looking for fun loving people Come as you are or come as you aren’t. (You never know which famous characters
who are willing to “ham it up” for Purim. might show up!)

We will be working at 317 Albion Way, which is next door to the house we worked on for the first Mitzvah Day. The house
is nearly finished, so we will be doing interior or exterior painting, depending on the weather. Wear clothing appropriate for
painting!

Directions: From Horsetooth and Manhattan (Carmike Cinema) go south and turn left at Albion. The house is on the right
near the end of the road.

Time: 9:00 to about 3:00, Sunday, March 20

Who: No previous experience is necessary. Volunteers who are 16-18 years old can volunteer but must have a waiver signed
by a parent. Waivers can be downloaded from the Habitat website. All volunteers will need to sign a release and must sign
up on their website: http://fortcollinshabitat.org/Volunteer.php. When you register, be sure to indicate that you are
part of the “Har Shalom Team”. Please sign up in advance, since we need to know that there will be enough people to do
the work. A maximum of 12 people can work at this site. Questions
