12VDC at the rear connection on the Floppy Drive. If correct, Floppy
Drive may be defective.
Floppy write receipt error 2) Replace disk with a high-density disk, perform “Initialize floppy” and
attempt to write setup or receipt to floppy disk again.
If correct:
2) Open doors at the rear of the Note Feeders and check for jams.
3) Insure doors at the rear of the Note Feeder are not open.
4) Check for broken transport belts at the rear of the Note Feeders.
LID on floppy 1) Check door on Floppy Drive.
2) Perform lifts down, remove & re-install cassettes, perform lifts up &
clear dispenser errors in the NMD Dispenser Menu.
b) Insure the Timing Sensor wires are not pinched/cut between the
Stacker Presenter & the Mono Note Feeder assy.
d) Clean the Bundle Output Unit throat sensor lenses with a soft dry
cloth **Use no solvents**.
b) Loosen the (4) nuts that secure the Shutter to the ATM door &
reposition the Shutter.
