Responsibilities:
→ Preparing Client Bill & Checking from client. Quantity Calculation for
various works of cross check sub-contractors bill verification and
finalization as per BOQ.
→ preparation of R.A. bill, miscellaneous bill & Contractors bills
→ Estimation of concrete quantity, B.B.S. and its approval from client for
billing purpose.
→ Preparation of work order of the contractors on the basis of Rate analysis.
→ Preparation of daily,weekly & monthly progress report of site for billing
purpose and Weekly Schedule for concreting.

inspection and testing requirements are fulfilled and work quality is
achieved in order to meet contract requirements.
→ Conduct daily site inspections in order to monitor and verify ongoing
activities comply with approved drawings.
→ Ensure that all records are uploaded into the project filling system.
→ Assist the construction team in achieving the project quality objectives
and targets.
→ Preparing and maintaining Pour Card and BBS as per drawing.
→ Shuttering and structural steel erection as per drawing.
