4 FIRST AID MEASURES

4.1 Ingestion: Seek immediate medical attention. Do NOT induce vomiting except under the
specific instruction of a physician.
4.2 Eye contact: Immediately irrigate eye with clean water for 15 minutes and seek medical
advice if irritation persists.
4.3 Skin contact: Wash off with soap and plenty of water, avoid prolonged exposure.
4.4 Inhalation: Remove to fresh air, keep patient warm and at rest. If breathing is irregular or
stopped give artificial respiration and seek immediate medical attention.

5 FIRE FIGHTING MEASURES

5.1 Extinguishing media: Carbon dioxide foam, dry chemical or fine spray water extinguisher.
5.2 Unusual fire and explosion hazards: None known.
5.3 Fire fighting equipment: Breathing apparatus.
5.4 Other recommendations: Cool exposed containers with water.

6 ACCIDENTAL RELEASE MEASURES

6.1 Spillage actions: Ventilate the area and avoid inhaling vapours. Contain & absorb spillage
with sand, sawdust or earth. Place in closed containers and dispose of in accordance with local
waste regulations. Do not pour product in drains, sewer, or rivers.

7 HANDLING AND STORAGE

7.1 Handling in use: Avoid contact with eyes and prolonged contact with skin. Areas of
storage, preparation and application should be well ventilated. Smoking, eating and drinking
should be prohibited in all preparation and application areas.
7.2 Handling in storage: Handle containers carefully to prevent damage and spillage. Keep
product in its original container. Keep container closed when not in use. Naked flames and
smoking should not be permitted in storage areas.
7.3 Storage: Store in a well ventilated, dry place away from sources of flame, heat and direct
sunlight.

8 EXPOSURE CONTROLS & PERSONAL PROTECTION

The product is not classified as dangerous for the environment. Product should not be allowed to
enter drains or water courses.
