▪ Plan for and oversee the installation of the BSAE Seamless Connector; moving
HPNA data and HPSA data to the Atrium CMDB.
▪ Work with the network specialists to create a network path for the Connector to
BSAE and Connector to Remedy, through firewalls, using tcpdump, ping, tcping,
and telnet.
▪ Oversee the progression of the Seamless Connector integration in the Development
environment, in the QA environment, and in the Production environment.
▪ Monitor the Seamless Connector upload through ITSM Asset Manager.
▪ Work with BMC Remedy 7.6.04 (pre release) to prepare the Atrium CMDB for the
data upload.
▪ Re-map the Seamless Connector to match RIM’s custom Atrium CMDB import
forms and procedures.
