Job Responsibilities:
Process Improvement & Enablement
Execution, Analysis & Recommendations to Retail initiatives team .
Support team in day to day functioning, deliver scheduled reporting tasks, preparation of analytical
reports related to business performance and planning,
Support
Serve as a liaison with circle Marketing, Projects, HR, and cross functional teams in an effort to
execute critical business tasks to provide accurate and timely responses for consolidation of critical
business information.
Work closely with the Retail Initiatives and Operations team for execution and compilation of data as
per the requirement.
Support HR team with Training Need Analysis, Training schedules.
Operation Analysis
Support execution & analysis of daily, weekly campaigns/contests aimed at new acquisition &
deepening at retail branches.
Supporting business teams in day to day functioning, deliver scheduled reporting tasks, preparation of
analytical reports related to business performance and planning,
Reporting
Provide updates to management regarding budget to actual, information on deviations and suggest
opportunities.
Provide management with periodic reports and analysis on Revenue, Sales achievements, Pipeline
gaps, KPI measurement, etc.
Prepare reports/ presentations using data visualization graphs, charts and Pivot tables, detailing
significant results using Ms excel.

Identifying Enterprise client requirements to position products ranging from economy to high-end
technology.
Providing quotations and playing an advisory role by providing client consultation for their
commercial technical requirements.
