Abstract

The Main Objective of this System is to design a system to maintain considerable

information on the employees, their passport, the Visa/Work-related information for
working employees in any corporate office.

As part of the development process the members of the staff of the company are
required to undertake trips to various parts of the globe.
The visit may be for business or operational purpose. In this ,the company is assisted by
one of its department the Voyage.

The travel desk assists in the following

AREAS

• Passport application.
• Visa/Work-permit application.
• Visa/Work-permit Related application,
• Travel and accommodation in foreign countries.
• Correspondence and liaison with embassies/High Commission.
• Administration of the travel policy of the Company.

Existing system

In the location master data, you can define locations as base locations (beginning of a
voyage) and remote locations (such as oil rigs). You can also store the geographical
coordinates of a location (latitude, longitude) as well as time information (duration of
stay at remote location, additonal time at base location). The system uses this data when
creating a voyage to calculate the estimated driving time of a vehicle. In addition, you
can assign predefined routes or transportation connection points

Proposed system

The system (Voyage) maintains considerable information on the employees, their

passport, the Visa/Work-permit related information, extension etc.

Voyage management system software enables you to plan all voyage and cargo
operations and track their actual progress. You can then monitor the actual performance
in port and at sea, thereby significantly improving operational efficiency.

SOFTWARE REQUIREMENTS:

• Operating System :Windows 95/98/NT/2000

• Front end : java swings.
• Back end :oracle.

HARDWARE REQUIREMENTS:

• System : Pentium IV 2.4GHz.

• Ram : 128 MB.
• Hard Disk : 40 GB.

Modules:
1. Administrator
2. Company Employees
3. Visa processing
4. Country Information
5. Traveling
6. Reports
7. Authentication

1) Administrator Module:

Voyager's System Administration module maintains local options controlled by

library staff. Like all Voyager clients, this module uses a graphical interface to
configure the system to accommodate local policies. All security authorizations are
also defined in this module.

2) Company Employee
In this module, we will provide you the details of the employee who wish to voyage
to a country by office or personal .
In this module , we maintain the details of the employee ticketing and traveling
details which is collected from the employee.

3) Visa processing:

Complete your application

Submit your application
Record your application number
Make payment
View your application status

4) Country Information:

The keys to successful travel are careful preparation and understanding of

current health risks and security situations for the area of your travels. The medical
information presented here is of a general nature and should be individualized for you
with the advice and counsel of your personal physician.

5) Traveling Module:

Traveling is often an adventure and sometimes a challenge. In today’s world,

people with bleeding disorders work in all professions and many practice self-care.
Therapies are easily transported, and specialized emergency care is now available in
many parts of the world. Due to these major advances in care and treatment, there is
no longer any reason to pass up the opportunity to travel.

Example

Getting through airport security and border crossings with factor products, needles and
syringes

Packing bulky clotting factor concentrates

Ensuring you carry medical information in case of a medical emergency

Knowing where to find medical care in a faraway place

Arranging for special travel needs

Obtaining travel insurance.

6) Reports:

Standard Voyager reports provide customers with the means to justify their many
processes and expenditures at the library. Each library has unique requirements for
system reports, yet some standard reports are required in almost every library.

7) Authenticating:

Once the setup wizard completes, open an Internet browser and log in to Voyager. Use
the authentication screen to log in. Upon successful authentication, you will be presented
with the Voyager
