A.01 - INTRODUZIONE
Il presente manuale è stato redatto dal costruttore e
costituisce parte integrante della macchina stessa; deve
pertanto essere conservato con cura e per tutta la vita
della macchina fino alla demolizione in un luogo sicuro
e accessibile a tutti gli utilizzatori (operatori e personale
addetto alla manutenzione).
Nel caso di vendita della macchina, assicurarsi di conse-
gnare al nuovo acquirente il presente manuale e tutta la
documentazione tecnica allegata.
Eventuali copie del manuale e della documentazione
fornita a corredo possono essere richieste al costruttore
specificando il tipo ed il numero di matricola della mac-
china.
A.01.1 - Scopo del manuale
Scopo del manuale è di fornire le istruzioni necessarie
per la messa in servizio, l’uso e la manutenzione della
macchina alla quale sono riferite.
Una attenta lettura delle istruzioni e la scrupolosa osser-
vanza delle norme di sicurezza fornite nel manuale
garantiscono di ottenere i migliori risultati in termini di
prestazioni, sicurezza operativa, efficacia, economia di
esercizio e durata nel tempo della macchina.
La mancata osservanza di tali istruzioni potrebbe causa-
re danni alla macchina, all’uomo e all’ambiente che in
nessun caso potranno essere imputati al costruttore.
Le indicazioni e le istruzioni fornite nel manuale non
intendono comunque sostituire, integrare o modificare
qualsiasi NORMA, PRESCRIZIONE, DECRETO o LEG-
GE di carattere generale o specifico in vigore nel luogo
in cui opera la macchina e riguardanti la sicurezza, l’uso
e la manutenzione di apparecchiature o dispositivi mec-
canici, elettrici, chimici, oleodinamici, pneumatici o altro.
A.01.2 - Consultazione del manuale
Il manuale è suddiviso in capitoli secondo un ordine
logico di conoscenza ed impiego della macchina.
Per facilitare la ricerca degli argomenti di interesse,
consultare prima l’INDICE DEI CAPITOLI riportato al-
l’inizio del manuale e quindi ricercare le specifiche
informazioni nell’indice del capitolo individuato.
A.01.3 - Legenda simboli
Per evidenziare informazioni e procedure relative alla
sicurezza di impiego, manutenzione, ecc., nel manuale
sono stati adottati i seguenti simboli:

A.01 - INTRODUCTION
This manual has been prepared by the manufacturer
and constitutes an integral part of the vehicle; it must
therefore be kept with care and in a safe place easily
accessible to all users (operators and service person-
nel) for the vehicle’s entire life time up to its demolition.
If the vehicle should be sold, make sure to give this
manual, as well as all the enclosed technical documents,
to the new owner.
Copies of this manual and of the documents accompa-
nying the vehicle may be requested to the manufacturer
by specifying the type of vehicle and its serial number.
A.01.1 - Purpose of the manual
The purpose of this manual is to provide all the instruc-
tions necessary for the vehicle’s operation, use and
maintenance.
By carefully reading the instructions and by scrupulously
observing the safety rules contained herein it is possible
to obtain the best possible results in terms of perfor-
mance, safety, efficiency, operational management and
duration of the vehicle.
Non-observance of such instructions could cause damage
or harm to the vehicle, to people and to the environment
which cannot, in any case, be blamed on the manufacturer.
The indications and instructions of this manual are not
meant to substitute, integrate or modify any REGULA-
TION, DIRECTIVE, DECREE or LAW of a general or a
specific nature in force in the country where the machine
is to operate regarding safety, use and maintenance of
mechanical, electric, chemical, oil-pressure, pneumatic
or other types of devices.
A.01.2 - Reading the manual
The manual is subdivided in chapters according to a
logical sequence of knowledge and use of the machine.
To easily search for the topics of interest, first look at the
CHAPTER SUMMARY at the beginning of this manual
and then look for the specific information in the summary
of the identified chapter.
A.01.3 - Legend of the symbols
To emphasize information and procedures regarding
safety of use, maintenance, etc. the following symbols
are used throughout the manual:
WARNING DANGER:
It indicates that a serious danger exists for the
operator’s or other people’s personal safety or health.
Scrupulously observe the indicated precautions.

Il termine Macchina viene utilizzato in sostituzione della
denominazione commerciale a cui il presente manuale
si riferisce.
I termini anteriore (ant), posteriore (post), destro (ds),
sinistro (sn), inferiore (inf), superiore (sup) sono riferiti
alla macchina vista dall’operatore al posto di guida.
Il termine OPT (opzionale) identifica gli accessori
installabili a richiesta e pertanto non sempre presenti
sulla macchina.
A.02 - AVVERTENZE GENERALI
A.02.1 - Avvertenze per operatori
Prima della messa in servizio, dell’uso e della manuten-
zione della macchina è necessario che gli operatori e/o gli
utilizzatori della medesima siano a conoscienza delle
procedure operative, delle prescrizioni e delle norme di
sicurezza riportate nel presente manuale e nella eventuale
documentazione allegata relativa a motore, batterie, ecc...
e che abbiano compiuto un addestramento pratico sulla
macchina.
A.02.2 - Posizione dell’operatore
L’operatore, durante il lavoro conduce manualmente la
macchina.
A.02.3 - Responsabilita’ del costruttore
Il costruttore, Dulevo International S.p.A., non si riterrà
responsabile di inconvenienti, rotture, incidenti ecc... do-
vuti alla non conoscenza (o comunque alla non applica-
zione) delle prescrizioni contenute nel presente manua-
le. Lo stesso dicasi per l’esecuzione di modifiche, varian-
ti e/o l’installazione di accessori non autorizzati
preventivamente.
In particolare la Dulevo International S.p.A. declina
ogni responsabilità per danni derivanti da:

A.01.4 - Terminology used in the manual
The following terminology has been used in this manual:
The term Machine is used instead of the commercial
name to which this manual refers.
The terms front (front), back (back), right (right), left
(left), lower (low), upper (up) refer to the machine as
seen by the operator sitting on the driver’s seat.
The term OPT (optional) indicates the accessories that
may be applied on request and which are therefore not
always present on the machine.
A.02 - GENERAL WARNINGS
A.02.1 - Operators’instructions
Before operating, using or servicing the vehicle, its operators
and/or users must be knowledgeable about the operating
procedures, directions and safety standards listed in the
present manual and in the other enclosed documents
relative to engine, batteries, etc...
Furthermore, they must have been practically trained to
operate the vehicle.
A.02.2 - Operator’s position
When working, the operator guides the machine manually.
A.02.3 - Manufacturer’s responsibility
The manufacturer, Dulevo International S.p.A., declines
any responsibility arising from breaks, accidents, etc...
due to the lack of knowledge (or to the lack of application)
of the prescriptions contained in this manual.
The same holds true for any change, variation and/or
installation of accessories that has not been previously
authorized.
In particular Dulevo International S.p.A. declines any
responsibility for any damage caused by:

The manufacturer cannot be held responsible for dam-
ages (of any type) caused by the operations performed on
the machine (servicing, repair, etc...) if these were not
carried out by Dulevo International S.p.A. AUTHORIZED
PERSONNEL (except for different agreements autho-
rized by Dulevo International S.p.A.).

A.02.4 - Assistenza tecnica A.02.4 - Servicing

Il costruttore mette al servizio della Clientela il proprio
Servizio Assistenza Tecnica per risolvere qualunque pro-
blema riguardante l’impiego e la manutenzione della mac-
china.
Le eventuali richieste di intervento tecnico devono essere
fatte dopo una attenta analisi degli inconvenienti e delle
loro cause.
The manufacturer offers its customer its own Technical
Assistance Service to solve any problem concerning
machine use and maintenance.
Any request for technical assistance must be made after
a careful analysis of the problems and their causes.

A.03 - NORME COSTRUTTIVE E MARCATURA CE
La progettazione e realizzazione della presente macchina
è conforme ai fondamentali requisiti per la sicurezza e la
salute dell’utilizzatore previsti dalle direttive europee elen-
cate nel certificato di conformità CE allegato al presente
manuale.
NOTA:
La marcatura CE di conformità alle direttive del-
l’Unione Europea è posta sulla targhetta di identifi-
cazione della macchina (vedere “capitolo F”).
A.04 - CONSEGNA DELLA MACCHINA
- La macchina viene collaudata e controllata dal costrut-
tore prima dell’uscita dallo stabilimento. La rete di ven-
dita è tenuta ad effettuare ulteriori controlli prima della
consegna.
- Alla consegna della macchina controllare che sia com-
pleta degli accessori richiesti, del set di utensili e che
a corredo sia presente la seguente documentazione:
- Manuale uso e manutenzione della macchina;
- Manuale ricambi;
- Dichiarazione CE di conformità;
- Libretto di garanzia; firmare il certificato allegato al
libretto di garanzia ed inviarlo alla Dulevo International
S.p.A.;
- Eventuale documentazione relativa a motore, batte-
rie, accessori, schemi (elettrici, idraulici ed idrici),
ecc...
Accertate queste condizioni, confermare al concessio-
nario la regolare consegna.

A.03 - CONSTRUCTIONAL REGULATIONS AND EC
MARKING
Design and development of this machine complies with
the fundamental safety and health requirements set forth
by the European directives listed in the EC conformity
certificate enclosed with this manual.
NOTE:
The EC marking of conformity to European Union
directives is located on the machine’s ID tag (see
“Chapter F”).
A.04 - MACHINE DELIVERY
- The machine is inspected and tested by the
manufacturer before it leaves the factory. The sales
network must run further inspections before delivery.
- When the machine is delivered, check that it is
complete with all the requested accessories and the
tool kit, and that it is accompanied by the following
documents:
- Machine use and maintenance manual;
- Spare parts manual;
- EC Conformity declaration;
- Warranty; please sign the certificate attached to the
warranty booklet and send it to Dulevo International
S.p.A.;
- Other documents related to engine, batteries,
fittings, schematics (electrical, hydraulic or water),
etc...
After having checked all these conditions, inform the
dealer about its regular delivery.

B.01 - USO PREVISTO DELLA MACCHINA
La macchina può essere impiegata solamente per il
lavaggio e la pulizia di pavimenti industriali.
ATTENZIONE PERICOLO:
Qualsiasi altro utilizzo rende l’utilizzatore l’unico
responsabile per danni a persone e/o cose e fa de-
cadere qualsiasi condizione di garanzia.
B.02 - USO NON PREVISTO DELLA MACCHINA
NOTA:
La macchina non è destinata a funzionare all’aper-
to.
ATTENZIONE PERICOLO:
È vietato spazzare e/o aspirare qualsiasi tipo di
materiale in fiamme, incandescente o avente tem-
peratura superiore a 50°C.
Non spazzare e/o aspirare qualsiasi tipo di materiale
/ rifiuto (solido, liquido, aeriforme, polveri) infiam-
mabile, esplosivo, tossico, cancerogeno (benzina,
olio combustibile, acidi, solventi, diluenti per verni-
ci, acetone, anche se diluiti) e/o altre sostanze che
rappresentano un pericolo per la salute.
B.02.1 - Zone con rischio di esplosione
È assolutamente vietato utilizzare la macchina in am-
bienti con rischio di esplosione dove sono presenti gas,
vapori, liquidi e polveri infiammabili ed esplosive.
B.02.2 - Trasporto - traino
Non utilizzare la macchina per il trasporto di cose e/o
persone o per il traino.
B.03 - LIMITAZIONI D’IMPIEGO
- Gli operatori, per poter raggiungere agevolmente tutti i
comandi e per evitare posizioni ergonomicamente scor-
rette devono avere un’altezza non inferiore a 1,50 m e
non superiore a 2,05 m (scarpe comprese).
- Utilizzando la macchina in ambienti con detriti corro-
sivi consultare la rete di vendita.
- Per operare in condizioni gravose (climi estremi, pre-
senza di forti campi magnetici, presenza di aria ed
acqua salmastra, ecc...) possono essere necessarie
precauzioni particolari: deve essere contattata la rete
di vendita.
NOTA:
Il costruttore, Dulevo International S.p.A., non si ri-
terrà responsabile di inconvenienti, rotture, incidenti
ecc... dovuti all’impiego della macchina quando le

B.01 - EXPECTED USE OF THE MACHINE
The machine can be employed exclusively for washing
and cleaning of industrial floors.
WARNING DANGER:
Any other use makes the user the only one respon-
sible for damages to people and/or things and voids
all warranty conditions.
B.02 - UNEXPECTED USE OF THE MACHINE
NOTE:
The machine is not suitable for outdoor use.
WARNING DANGER:
Sweeping and/or sucking any type of material set on
fire, incandescent or having a temperature higher than
50°C is forbidden.
Do not sweep and/or suck any type of inflammable,
explosive, toxic, carcinogenic material / waste (solid,
liquid, gaseous, powders) (gasoline, fuel oil, acids,
solvents, thinners for varnishes, acetone, even if
diluted) and/or other substances that are harmful for
people’s health.
B.02.1 - Areas with explosion hazard
It is strictly forbidden to use the machine in places where
there is a risk of explosion due to gases, vapors, fluids,
and inflammable and explosive powders.
B.02.2 - Transportation - towing
Do not use the machine to transport or tow people and/
or things.
B.03 - USE RESTRICTIONS
- In order to be able to reach all the control devices
with ease and avoid any ergonomically incorrect
position, the operators’ height must be neither inferior
to 1,50 m, nor superior to 2,05 m (shoes included).
- When using the machine in environments with corro-
sive debris, please consult the sales network.
- Particular precautions might be required to operate
the machine under extreme conditions (extreme
climates, heavy magnetic fields, saline air and
brackish water, etc...): contact the sales network.
NOTE:
The manufacturer, Dulevo International S.p.A., shall
not be held responsible for troubles, breaks, acci-
dents, etc..., due to the use of the machine under

condizioni ambientali non rientrino in quelle indi-
cate nel “capitolo F”.
B.04 - CONTROLLI
CONTROLLARE, prima di iniziare il lavoro, l’eventuale
presenza di difetti visibili sui dispositivi di sicurezza ed il
regolare funzionamento dei dispositivi per l’arresto di
emergenza.
Non mettere in funzione la macchina se si notano co-
mandi, strumenti, spie, ecc... difettosi.
Detti controlli, devono essere eseguiti:

Controllo dispositivi di sicurezza
La macchina deve essere sottoposta ad un controllo
semestrale dei dispositivi di sicurezza da parte di perso-
nale esperto.
Dopo la verifica l’esperto dovrà redigere un verbale dell’av-
venuto controllo.
Revisione generale
Ogni 5000 ore di funzionamento (rilevabili dal contaore di
bordo) o comunque almeno ogni 5 anni, la macchina deve
essere sottoposta ad una revisione generale da parte di
una officina autorizzata Dulevo International S.p.A.
B.05 - NORME DI SICUREZZA
B.05.1 - Norme per l’impiego della macchina
ATTENZIONE PERICOLO:
Attenersi a quanto di seguito elencato:
Personale autorizzato:
- Non lasciare avvicinare alla macchina persone
estranee al lavoro.
- La macchina è destinata ad operatori professio-
nali fisicamente efficienti, non è destinata a per-
sone con capacità fisiche, sensoriali o mentali
ridotte, cioè, ad esempio, portatrici di handicap
fisici come menomazioni di vista o udito o perso-
ne menomate nell’uso degli arti.
- L’uso, la manutenzione e la riparazione della
macchina sono consentite solo agli operatori che
abbiano effettuato un opportuno periodo di ad-
destramento teorico e pratico relativo all’utiliz-
zo della macchina; soltanto dopo aver ricevuto
la suddetta preparazione, gli operatori potranno
essere autorizzati ad operare con la macchina

B.04 - CHECKS
Before setting to work, visually CHECK that all safety and
emergency devices have no defect and are working
properly.
Do not start the machine if any control, instrument, signal
light, etc... is not working properly.
The following checks must be carried out:
- Before starting the machine;
- At regular time intervals;
- After any modification or repair;
- Also see “Preliminary checks, chapter H”.
Safety devices check
The machine’s safety devices must be checked by expert
personnel once every six months.
The expert will draw up a check report at the end of the
inspection.
General overhaul
Every 5000 hours of running (see operation counter on
board) or at least once every 5 years, the machine must
be overhauled by a workshop authorized by Dulevo
International S.p.A.
B.05 - SAFETY RULES
B.05.1 - Rules for using the machine
WARNING DANGER:
Please comply with the following instructions:
Authorized people:
- Do not allow unauthorized people to get close to
the machine.
- Only professional and physically fit operators are
allowed to use this machine. People with reduced
physical, sensorial or mental capacities - like
physically handicapped people suffering
impairment of sight, hearing or limbs - are not
allowed to use this machine.
- Only the operators having been trained during an
appropriate period of time, both theoretically and
practically, on how to use the vehicle are allowed
to use, maintain and repair the vehicle. The
operators will be authorized to operate the vehicle
(users) or maintain it (maintenance men) only after
having been properly trained.

antinfortunistico secondo le norme vigenti.
- Utilizzare sempre scarpe antinfortunistiche con
suola antisdrucciolo e, se le condizioni ambien-
tali ed operative lo richiedono, anche guanti,
mascherine ed occhiali.
Avvertenze generali:
- E’ vietato modificare le tarature definite dalla
casa Costruttrice.
- Non provocare cortocircuiti.
- Non invertire le polarità nel collegamento dei poli
della batteria.
- Non appoggiare utensili ed oggetti metallici so-
pra le batterie; pericolo di cortocircuiti.
- Utilizzare un caricabatterie adeguato alla capa-
cità ed alle caratteristiche della batteria.
- Non spostare la macchina manualmente e non
accenderla per alcuna ragione nel corso della
ricarica della batteria.
- Le protezioni fisse (carter) o mobili devono ri-
manere sempre nella loro sede, correttamente
fissate e in condizione di perfetta integrità du-
rante tutte le operazioni relative al normale
funzionamento. Se per qualunque motivo i carter
vengono rimossi e le protezioni disinserite è ob-
bligatorio ripristinare la loro efficienza prima di
rimettere in funzione la macchina.
Prima dell’avviamento:
- Accertarsi che siano regolarmente chiusi tutti i
portelli con le relative sicurezze e protezioni.
- Accertarsi che non vi siano, sulla macchina, og-
getti estranei (utensili, stracci, ecc...).
- Accertarsi che i tappi degli elementi della batteria
siano tutti correttamente installati nelle loro sedi.
- La macchina può essere messa in servizio solo
dopo averne verificato il buono stato.

Furthermore, they must not be under the effects of
alcohol, medicaments and/or drugs.
Accident prevention clothing:
- Do not wear fluttering clothing and/or objects
which might get caught (rings, bracelets,
necklaces, etc...), but always do wear accident
prevention clothing according to regulations in
force.
- Always wear safety work shoes with anti-slip soles.
If the environmental and operation conditions
require it, also wear gloves, masks and glasses.
General warnings:
- It is forbidden to modify the calibration set by the
manufacturer.
- Do not cause short circuits.
- Do not invert polarity of battery pole connections.
- Do not rest tools or metal objects on the batteries;
danger of short-circuits.
- Use a battery charger appropriate to the battery’s
capacity and features.
- Do not move the machine manually and do not
start it while the battery is charging.
- Fixed or mobile protections (guards) must always
stay in their place, properly fixed and in perfect
condition during all normal running operations.
If, for any reason, the guards are removed and the
protections disabled, they must be restored to their
original efficiency before restarting the machine.
Before starting the machine:
- Make sure that all the hatches are regularly closed
with their safety and protection devices.
- Make sure that no foreign object is on the machine
(rags, tools, etc...).
- Make sure all the battery caps are positioned
correctly in their seat.
- The machine may only be operated after its good
condition has been verified.

Durante l’impiego:
- Accertarsi che la macchina non emetta rumori
strani; se così fosse arrestarla immediatamente
ed individuare la causa.
- In caso di accensione di spie di allarme, arresta-
re il veicolo, ricercarne la causa ed eventualmen-
te avvertire il Servizio Assistenza.
- Durante qualsiasi operazione assicurarsi di po-
ter intervenire tempestivamente sui dispositivi di
emergenza.
- Durante il lavoro, prestare attenzione a terze per-
sone, in particolare a bambini, presenti nell’area
in cui si opera.
- Quando la macchina è a pieno carico è ne-
cessario moderare la velocità, soprattutto in cur-
va.
- In caso di utilizzo della macchina su superfici
inclinate è vietato curvare o manovrare per evi-
tare il ribaltamento o situazioni che possano pre-
giudicare la stabilità del mezzo.
- In caso di utilizzo della macchina su superfici
inclinate percorrere il tratto lungo la linea di
massima pendenza per evitare il ribaltamento o
situazioni che possano pregiudicare la stabilità
del mezzo.
- Segnalare eventuali perdite di olio e/o di liqui-
do della batteria: sono pericolose ed altamente
inquinanti.
Fermo macchina:
- Ad ogni fermo prolungato della macchina, ed in
caso di temperature vicino o inferiori a 0 °C, svuo-
tare completamente l’impianto acqua.
- Quando non lavora, la macchina deve essere pro-
tetta da movimenti involontari.
Inserire i dispositivi di sicurezza.
- Per impedire che la macchina venga usata da
chi non è autorizzato si deve bloccare
l’azionamento togliendo la chiave d’accensione.
- Non mettere in marcia la macchina se ferma per
interventi speciali (messa a punto, manutenzio-
ne, lubrificazione, ecc...).
- Non lasciare mai la macchina su piani inclinati.
In caso di sosta su piani inclinati è necessario
posizionare sotto le ruote anteriori dei cunei di
arresto.

if this is the case, stop the machine immediately
and identify the cause.
- If any alarm signal should turn on, stop the vehicle,
look for the cause and, if necessary, inform the
Assistance Service.
- During any operation, make sure you can operate
the emergency devices quickly.
- While working, lookout for people, particularly
children, who might be present in the work area.
- When the machine is fully loaded, drive at a
moderate speed, especially when turning.
- In case of use of the machine on an inclined
surface, it is forbidden to take turns and to
manoeuvre as this could cause a rollover of the
machine or situations that could compromise it’s
stability.
- In case of use of the machine on an inclined
surface, follow the maximum slope line in order to
avoid a rollover of the machine or situations that
could compromise it’s stability.
- Communicate any oil and/or battery fluid leaks:
they are dangerous and highly polluting.
Machine stop:
- In case of prolonged stop of the vehicle or if the
temperature is close to or less than 0°C, empty the
sprinkling system completely.
- The vehicle must be protected against accidental
movements when it is not in operation.
Enable all safety devices.
- To prevent the machine being used by unautho-
rized persons, remove the ignition key key.
- Do not start the machine if it is stopped for special
servicing (tune up, maintenance, lubrication, etc...).
- Never leave the machine on sloping surfaces.
In case of stop on inclined surfaces, it is necessary
to place chocks under the front wheels.

B.05.2 - Norme di sicurezza relative ai materiali di
esercizio
Acido batteria
- Non inalare il vapore: è pericoloso.
- Indossare adeguati mezzi di protezione individuale per
evitare il contatto con la pelle.
- L’acido della batteria è corrosivo: in caso di contatto
con la pelle sciacquare abbondantemente con acqua.
- Caricando la batteria si potrebbero formare miscele di
gas esplosive, pertanto i locali in cui la batteria è ca-
ricata devono essere conformi alle norme specifiche
in materia.
- E’ vietato fumare e/o utilizzare fiamme libere nel rag-
gio di 2 metri dalla batteria durante la carica, nell’area
di ricarica e durante il raffreddamento della stessa dopo
la ricarica.
B.06 - NORME PER LA MANUTENZIONE
ATTENZIONE PERICOLO:
- Durante la pulizia e la manutenzione della mac-
china o la sostituzione di parti si deve spegnere
il motore, togliere la chiave d’accensione e
sconnettere la batteria.
- Se per qualsiasi motivo il personale di manuten-
zione deve escludere qualche funzione di sicu-
rezza, tale funzione deve essere sostituita dalla
supervisione di un secondo operatore.
- Indossare indumenti e mezzi di protezione indi-
viduali in accordo alle norme vigenti.
AVVERTENZA:
Nelle operazioni di pulizia e di lavaggio non usare
detergenti aggressivi, acidi, liscivie, ecc... e presta-
re particolare attenzione alle parti elettriche e del
motore. Attenersi alle istruzioni del produttore di de-
tergenti.
NOTA:
Per qualsiasi manutenzione, revisione e riparazio-
ne impiegare personale specializzato o rivolgersi
presso una Officina Autorizzata.
Utilizzare solo parti di ricambio collaudate ed auto-
rizzate dal costruttore.
Seguire le istruzioni riportate nel “capitolo 6”.
Rispettare le norme vigenti per lo smaltimento del-
l’olio usato.
Pulizia:
Per le operazioni di pulizia attenersi a quanto indicato
nel “capitolo I”.

Battery acid
- Do not inhale the vapor because it is toxic.
- Use appropriate individual protection devices to avoid
contact with the skin.
- Battery acid is corrosive: rinse with plenty of water in
case of contact with battery acid.
- Explosive gas mixtures may form while charging the
battery, it is therefore necessary that the premises
where the battery is charged comply with the specific
regulations.
- Do not smoke or use open flames within a 2-meter
radius of the battery while it is being charged in the
battery-charging area or while it is cooling after having
been charged.
B.06 - MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS
WARNING DANGER:
- When carrying out cleaning or maintenance
operations on the machine, or when replacing
machine parts, turn off the engine, remove the
ignition key and disconnect the battery.
- Should the maintenance personnel exclude some
safety function for any reason, that function must
be replaced by the supervision of a second operator.
- Wear individual protective equipment and clothes,
in compliance with the laws in force.
WARNING:
To clean and wash the machine, do not use aggressive
or acid cleansers and pay special attention to the
electric parts and to the engine.
Comply with the instructions provided by the cleanser’s
manufacturer.
NOTE:
For any maintenance, overhaul and repair operation,
use specialized personnel or contact a Authorized
service center
Only use spare parts tested and authorized by the
manufacturer.
Follow the instructions outlined in “chapter 6”.
Comply with the laws in force for worn out oil disposal.
Cleaning:
For cleaning operations, comply with the instructions
outlined in “chapter I”.

possono essere a temperatura elevata; sussiste quin-
di il pericolo di ustioni.
B.07.1 - Incendio della macchina
- Se possibile, senza rischi per l’operatore o terze per-
sone, portare la macchina all’aperto e in zona isolata.
- Allontanare le persone estranee.
- Indirizzare il getto dell’estintore sulla parte incendia-
ta.
- Chiamare il personale addetto alla sicurezza
antincendio, e se necessario i Vigili del fuoco.
B.08 - DEMOLIZIONE DELLA MACCHINA E
SMALTIMENTO SOSTANZE NOCIVE
ATTENZIONE PERICOLO:
Le operazioni di smontaggio delle parti della mac-
china devono essere effettuate da tecnici specializ-
zati (meccanici, elettricisti ecc.).
Per lo smaltimento delle sostanze nocive, tipo lubrifi-
canti, olio idraulico,ecc., attenersi a quanto prescritto
dalle specifiche normative vigenti in materia.
NOTA:
Qualunque irregolarità commessa dal Cliente pri-
ma, durante o dopo la rottamazione e lo smaltimento
dei componenti della macchina, nell’interpretazio-
ne ed applicazione delle normative vigenti in ma-
teria, è di esclusiva responsabilità dello stesso.

An appropriate fire extinguisher must be available on or
close to the machine.

very hot; risk of getting burnt.

- If possible, and without risk for the operator or for
people, move the machine to the outside until reaching
an isolated area.
- Keep strangers away.
Point the extinguisher jet onto the burning part.
- Call the personnel in charge of fire prevention and, if
necessary, the Fire Department.
B.08 - MACHINE DEMOLITION AND DISPOSAL OF
NOXIOUS SUBSTANCES
WARNING DANGER:
Machine disassembly must be carried out by spe-
cialized technicians (mechanics, electricians, etc.).
For the disposal of noxious substances such as lubri-
cants, hydraulic fluid, etc, please comply with specific
current regulations on the subject.
NOTE:
Any irregularity committed by the customer before,
during or after scrapping and disposal of the machine
components, or in the interpretation and application
of current regulations, is his own exclusive
responsibility.

Lo smaltimento abusivo del prodotto da parte dell’utente
comporta l’applicazione delle sanzioni amministrative
previste dalla normativa vigente.

manufacturer and follow his system to collect and
separate equipment which has reached the end of its

- return the equipment to the dealer when purchasing
a new similar equipment.
Adequate waste disposal of equipment no longer being
used and the consequent recycling, treatment and
environment compatible disposal avoids possible
negative effects on the environment and on health, and
favors reutilization and/or recycling of the materials
making up the equipment.
Abusive product disposal by the user results in the
financial penalties contemplated by current regulations.

ATTENZIONE PERICOLO:
Manovre pericolose.
Tutte le operazioni di carico e scarico della macchi-
na devono essere eseguite da personale addestrato
a tali funzioni (gruisti, carrellisti ecc...).
Utilizzare mezzi di trasporto e sollevamento di ade-
guata portata (per la massa del veicolo da movimen-
tare vedere il “capitolo F”).
Se necessario avviare la macchina per le operazioni
di carico e scarico, consultare i “capitoli G e H” per
la descrizione dei comandi e le istruzioni di impie-
go.
AVVERTENZA:
Durante la rimozione del materiale di imballaggio
prestare molta attenzione a non danneggiare la mac-
china.
NOTA:
Se le spazzole non sono installate, procedere al loro
montaggio come indicato nel “capitolo I”.
C.01.1 - Tipo di imballaggio
In base ai mezzi di trasporto ed alle destinazioni, l’imbal-
laggio può essere:
- in cassa di legno, con o senza protezione

Dangerous operations.
All the operations necessary for loading and unloading
the machine must be executed by personnel trained in
this type of operations (crane drivers, fork-lift truck
drivers, etc...).
Use transportation and handling means with sufficient
load capacity (concerning the mass of the vehicle to
handle, see “chapter F”).
If it is necessary to start the machine to load or unload
it, refer to “chapters G and H” which describe the
controls and instructions for use.
WARNING:
Remove the packing material very carefully in order
not to damage the machine.
NOTE:
If the brushes are not installed, follow the indications
given in “chapter I” to assemble them.
C.01.1 - Type of packaging
According to the means of transport and the destination,
the packaging may be:
- wooden crates, with or without heat-shrunk protection
for sea transport;
- pallets, with or without heat-shrunk protection for road
transport;
- pallets with or without cardboard boxes.

comply with local legislation.

D.02 - INFORMAZIONI SULLE VIBRAZIONI
Le misure di vibrazione sono state condotte nelle due
condizioni tipiche di utilizzo della macchina, cioè in
assetto di lavoro con organi di lavoro in funzione ed in
assetto di trasferimento con organi di lavoro spenti.
I rilievi delle vibrazioni e le conseguenti valutazioni sono
stati eseguiti conformemente a quanto richiesto dalla
direttiva 2002/44/CE e sono dettagliatamente descritti
nella relativa relazione tecnica detenuta da Dulevo
International S.p.A.
Il livello di vibrazioni equivalente prodotto dalla macchina
sia in condizioni di lavoro che in condizioni di trasferimento
è:
- per il sistema mano-braccio: inferiore a 2,5m/s2.
Questi valori, che vanno comunque rapportati al tempo di
utilizzo effettivo della macchina, possono essere usati
solamente come valori di comparazione e non sono adat-
ti per la determinazione dei livelli reali che dipendono dal-
le condizioni e dall’ambiente di utilizzo.

The test conditions under which the phonometric survey

D.02 - INFORMATION ABOUT VIBRATIONS
The vibrations have been measured in the two typical
conditions of use of the machine, i.e. in working order with
working tools running and in travelling order, with working
tools at rest.
The vibrations have been measured and rated according
to the requests of directive 2002/44/CE; they are described
in detail in the relative technical report kept by Dulevo
International S.p.A.
The equivalent vibration levels produced by the machine,
both in working and in travelling order are as follows:
- for the hand-arm system: lower than 2,5m/s2.
In any case, these values must be referred to the actual
time of use of the machine and may only be used as
comparison values; they are not suited to determine the
real levels which depend upon both the conditions and
environment of use.

F.01 - CARATTERISTICHE PRINCIPALI
F.01.1 - Premessa
Questa pubblicazione fornisce le istruzioni per l’uso e la
manutenzione delle macchine Lavapavimenti modelli
H607, H707, 710 e H810 (versione SP). I quattro mo-
delli si differenziano principalmente per la larghezza
della pista di pulizia e la capacità dei serbatoi. Se non
diversamente indicato, i dati contenuti in questa pubbli-
cazione sono applicabili a tutti i modelli sopra elencati.
F.01.2 - Descrizione
La macchina lavapavimenti è costituita dai seguenti
gruppi principali:
- Serbatoi
- Gruppo spazzole
- Tergipavimento
- Gruppo trazione ed impianto elettrico
F.01.3 - Serbatoi
Il serbatoio del liquido di lavaggio ed il serbatoio per il
liquido di recupero sono costruiti in acciaio inossidabile
AISI304. Il serbatoio di recupero è collegato al motore
di aspirazione e, tramite una tubazione flessibile, al
tergipavimento.
Un portello situato sul lato posteriore consente l’accesso
all’interno del serbatoio per il liquido di recupero per le
operazioni di pulizia.
Per agevolare le operazioni di pulizia nel serbatoio di
recupero, è stato previsto un sistema innaffiante che
invia acqua pulita direttamente contro le pareti poste-
riori dello stesso.
F.01.4 - Gruppo spazzole
Il gruppo spazzole è installato sul lato anteriore della
macchina. La rotazione di ogni spazzola è comandata
direttamente da un motoriduttore elettrico, mentre un
attuatore provvede all’abbassamento ed al sollevamento
del gruppo. L’attuatore è provvisto di microinterruttori
che ne regolano la corsa ed escludono il funzionamento
dei motori delle spazzole a testata sollevata.
La pressione a terra della testata spazzole è variabile
grazie all’attuatore elettrico che permette al gruppo
spazzole di agire sul pavimento con più o meno
pressione.
F.01.5 - Tergipavimento
Il tergipavimento, installato sul lato posteriore della mac-
china, consiste principalmente di una barra provvista di
due lame raschianti in gomma.
Una tubazione flessibile collega la barra del tergipavimento
al serbatoio di recupero ove, tramite la depressione crea-
ta dal motore di aspirazione, viene aspirato il liquido usa-
to per il lavaggio.
Un apposito galleggiante di tipo meccanico esclude l’aspi-

F.01 - GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS
F.01.1 - Introduction
This document provides instructions on the use and main-
tenance of the Scrubber-driers model H507, H607, H707,
H710 and H810 (SP version). The main differences
between the five models are the width of the scrubbing
truck and the tanks’ capacity. Unless otherwise indicated,
the data contained in this document are applicable to all
models listed above.
F.01.2 - Description
The scrubber-drier is composed of the following main
groups:
- Tanks
- Brush head
- Floor wiper
- Traction unit and electrical system
F.01.3 - Tanks
The solution tank and the recovery tank are built from
AISI 304 stainless steel.
The recovery tank is connected to the suction motor
and, by a flexible pipe, to the floor wiper.
A door on the back side provides access to the recovery
tank for cleaning operations.
To ease the cleaning operation of the recovery tank, it
has been installed a water sprinkling system which
sprays water directly on the tank’s rear walls.
F.01.4 - Brush head
The brush head is installed on the front side of the ma-
chine. The brush rotation is directly controlled by an elec-
trical gear motor, while an actuator lowers and raises
the units.
The actuator is equipped with micro-switches which regu-
late its stroke and exclude the brushes operation while
the brush head is raised.
The pressure of the brush head on the ground is main-
tained constant thanks to an electric actuator which regu-
lates the brush pressure on the ground.
F.01.5 - Squeegee
The squeegee, installed on the rear side of the machine,
is composed mainly of a rod with two scraping rubber
blades.
A flexible pipe connects the squeegee bar to the recovery
tank where, due to the depression created by the suction
motor, sucks up the solution used for washing.
A mechanical float stops the liquid being sucked into the
tank when the tank is full.

- L’orologio totalizzatore (8) registra le ore di funziona-
mento della lavapavimenti. In base alle ore di lavo-
ro richieste, attuare le dovute manutenzioni e verifi-
che periodiche.
- L’indicatore è diviso in due parti: la parte superiore
(8A) indica le ore di funzionamento, la parte inferio-
re (8B) indica lo stato di carica della batteria.
Quando rimane accesa solo la luce rossa, la batte-
ria é scarica e la lavapavimenti deve essere ferma-
ta al più presto.
Hour counter - batteries charge indicator (8)
- The hour counter (8) records the working hours of
the scrubber dryers. According to the required
working hours, carry out maintenance and periodical
inspections.
- The indicator is divided into two parts: the upper part
(8A) shows the working time, while the lower part
(8B) shows the battery charge state.
When only the red light is on, the battery charge is
low and the scrubber dryers has to be stopped as
soon as possible.

NOTA:
Per il riempimento del serbatoio, deve essere uti-
lizzata acqua pulita con l’aggiunta di appropriato
liquido detergente nella concentrazione consiglia-
ta dal produttore.
E’ comunque consigliato usare sempre detersivi con
bassa formazione di schiuma.
NOTE:
The tank should be filled with clean water with
added suitable liquid detergent, at the concentration
recommended by the producer.
Low-foam detergents should in any case always be
used.

H.02 - CONTROLLI PRELIMINARI ALL’USO H.02 - PRELIMINARY CHECKS BEFORE USE

- Controllare il livello del liquido di lavaggio nel ser-
batoio.
- Controllare che il serbatoio di recupero sia vuoto (
per le operazioni di scarico vedere paragrafo H.08)
- Accertarsi che la bocchetta (1) di aspirazione del
tergipavimento non sia ostruita e che il relativo tubo
(2) di collegamento con il serbatoio di recupero sia
correttamente installato sul tergipavimento.
- Check the cleaning solution level in the tank.
- Make sure the tank is empty (for instructions on tank

- Make sure the suction opening (1) of the floor wiper
is not clogged and that the specific hose (2)
connected to the recovery tank has been properly
installed on the squeegee.

H.03 - FUNZIONAMENTO H.03 - FUNCTIONING

- Controllare che l’aspiratore sia spento: interruttore (1)
su “ ”.
- Estrarre il pulsante arresto di emergenza (2).
- Inserire la chiave (3) nel commutatore e ruotarla in
senso orario.
- Controllare lo stato di carica della batteria tramite lo
strumento (4).
- Ruotare la chiave (3) su “ON” e rilasciarla.
- Abbassare la testata spazzole (5) tramite l’interrut-
tore (6) posizionato su “ ”.
- Avviare il motore di aspirazione posizionando l’in-
terruttore (1) su “ ”.
- Abbassare il tergipavimento (7) posizionando la leva
(8) su “B”.
- Aprire il rubinetto della soluzione detergente median-
te la leva (9) e regolare la quantità di soluzione da
erogare posizionando la leva secondo necessità.

H.04 - IMPIEGO DELLA MACCHINA
Dopo aver eseguito le operazioni descritte nei paragrafi
precedenti, la macchina è ora pronta ad iniziare il lavoro.
Tirando la leva (10) verso l’operatore (posizione “A”) la
macchina inizia ad avanzaree le spazzole cominciano a
ruotare.
Per retrocedere,sollevare il tergipavimento tramite la
leva (8) e spingere la leva (10) in avanti (posizione “B”).
NOTA:
Quando si rilascia la leva (10) si ferma la trazione e
dopo alcuni secondi si ferma la rotazione delle spaz-
zole.

H.05 - NORME PER UN CORRETTO LAVAGGIO
- Per una buona pulizia del pavimento è necessario uti-
lizzare un detersivo adatto (a schiuma frenata) alla
superficie da pulire e al tipo di sporco.
In caso di bisogno, farsi consigliare dal fornitore o
da persona competente, tenendo presente che un
detersivo troppo aggressivo può risultare dannoso
per una lunga vita della macchina.
E’ necessario, comunque, utilizzare un detersivo a
schiuma frenata o un additivo antischiuma, al fine di
evitare danni al motore d’aspirazione.
- Il dosaggio dell’acqua deve essere tale che la su-
perficie da pulire sia ben bagnata, senza generare
però schizzi, rivoli o trabordamenti dal
Tergipavimento.
- Nel caso che il pavimento fosse molto sporco può
essere necessario effettuare una doppia pulitura.
Nella prima fase verrà effettuata una passata con le
spazzole abbassate, ma senza aspirare il liquido tra-
mite il tergipavimento; la soluzione detergente verrà
lasciata sul pavimento per il tempo necessario a
sciogliere lo sporco, per essere poi raccolta tramite

H.04 - MACHINE USE
After performing the operations previously described, the
machine is ready to start. If the lever (10) is pulled towards
the operator, the machine starts moving and the brushes
rotate.
To move backwards, lift the floor wiper by means of the
lever (8) and push the lever (10) onwards (position “B”).
NOTA:
When the lever (10) is released, the machine stops
and, after some seconds, the brushes stop rotating.
H.05 - RULES FOR A CORRECT CLEANING
- For a correct floor cleaning, use suitable foam-
controlled detergent in relation to the type of surface
and type of dirt.
In case of doubt, ask the supplier, or other qualified
person, for advice, bearing in mind that too aggres-
sive a detergent might damage the machine long life.
A foam-controlled detergent or an anti-foam agent is
in any case required to avoid damaging the suction
motor.
- The detergent amount must be such as to make sure
the surface is properly wet, while avoiding splashes,
rills or overflows from the floor wiper.
- In case of very dirty floors, a double cleaning
operation might be required.
During the first phase, work the brushes lowered,
without aspirating the liquid by means of the floor wiper;
the detergent solution will be left on the floor for the
time required to dissolve dirt, which is then collected
during the second phase.

H.06 - REGOLAZIONE DEL TERGIPAVIMENTO
Per una perfetta asciugatura del pavimento è essenzia-
le che il tergipavimento sia perfettamente regolato.
- Per prima cosa deve essere effettuata una
regolazione dell’inclinazione agendo sul volantino (1)
di regolazione, in modo che le lame di gomma giun-
gano ad avere la giusta angolazione sul terreno per
tutta la lunghezza.
- Raggiunta l’inclinazione angolare corretta, è neces-
sario regolare la pressione agendo sul volantino (2).
- É possibile bilanciare perfettamente la pressione del-
le lame in senso trasversale, abbassando la ruota
che è dal lato della lama più schiacciato; agire sul
relativo volantino (3) e (4).
La giusta pressione si ha quando lo spigolo della
lama posteriore tocca il pavimento con un’inclina-
zione di 60/45° circa; se la pressione è eccessiva la
lama posteriore tocca il suolo con la superficie late-
rale e non con lo spigolo, se è poca lo spigolo non
lavora bene e perde acqua lasciando sul pavimento
delle zone umide.
NOTA:
La regolazione ottimale del tergipavimento sarà
indicata da una perfetta asciugatura del pavimento.
E’ importante ricordare, però, che spesso
l’asciugatura viene influenzata da un cattivo funzio-
namento dell’impianto di aspirazione.
Se ciò si dovesse verificare è necessario:
- Pulire perfettamente le tubazioni di aspirazione,
gli ingressi e il tergipavimento.
- Controllare il funzionamento del motore di aspi-
razione.
- Controllare che l’apertura di ispezione del ser-
batoio sia ben chiusa.
- Pulire perfettamente il filtro del motore di aspi-

H.06 - FLOOR WIPER SETUP
For an optimal floor drying, the floor wiper shall be
perfectly set.
- First, set the inclination by means of the adjustment
handwheel (1), so that the rubber blades have the
right inclination in relation to the ground, along the
whole length.
- When the correct inclination has been obtained,
adjust the pressure using the handwheel (2).
- The blades pressure can be perfectly balanced
broadwise, by lowering the wheel on the narrowest
side of the blade; use the specific handwheel (3) and
handhweel (4).
The right pressure is obtained when the edge of the
rear blade touches the floor with a 60/45° inclination;
if pressure is excessive, the rear blade touches the
floor with the side part and not with the edge; if the
pressure is insufficient, the edge efficiency is scarce
and water is leaked causing damp areas on the floor.
NOTE:
Optimal setup of the floor wiper is obtained when
the floor is perfectly dried.
Bear in mind that drying is often affected by a
malfunctioning of the suction system.
If this is the case, comply with the following:
- Thoroughly clean the suction hoses, the inlets
and the floor wiper.
- Check the suction motor functioning.
- Make sure the tank inspection port is closed.
- Thoroughly clean the suction motor filter.

H.07 - FINE LAVAGGIO E SPEGNIMENTO
Alla fine del lavaggio eseguire le seguenti operazioni:
- Sollevare la testata spazzole posizionando l’interrut-
tore (1) su “ ” e mantenerlo in posizione fino al
completo sollevamento.
- Procedere con la trazione e l’aspiratore inserito fino
ad aspirare tutto il liquido presente sul pavimento.
- Fermarsi, rilasciando la leva (2) e lasciare in funzio-
ne l’aspiratore qualche secondo per aspirare com-
pletamente il liquido contenuto nel tubo di aspirazio-
ne; quindi spegnere l’aspiratore posizionando l’inter-
ruttore (3) su “ ”.
- Spegnere la macchina posizionando l’interruttore a
chiave (4) su “0”.
- Chiudere il rubinetto dell’acqua tramite la leva (5) e
sollevare il tergipavimento tramite la leva (6).
H.07 - END OF CLEANING AND SWITCHING OFF
When the cleaning cycle has been completed, please
comply with the following:
- Lift the brushes head turning the switch (1) on “
” and keep it in this position until the head has been
completely lifted.
- Start the machine, the suction unit turned on, until
the liquid on the floor has been completely aspirated.
- Stop, release the lever (2) and leave the suction unit
on for some seconds to aspirate all the liquid
contained in the suction hose; switch the aspirator
off by turning the switch (3) on “ ”.
- Stop the machine turning the starting switch (4) on
“0”.
- Close the water tap by means of the lever (5) and lift
the floor wiper using the lever (6).

H.08 - SCARICO VASCA DI RECUPERO
AVVERTENZA:
Per lo scarico del liquido di raccolta e il suo
smaltimento attenersi alle norme vigenti nel paese
di utilizzo.
- Alla fine della giornata lavorativa e quando neces-
sario scaricare la vasca, abbassare il tubo (7) di sca-
rico togliendo il tappo (8).
- Dopo aver scaricato completamente la vasca rimon-
tare il tappo e riposizionare il tubo (7).

Se si prevede di non utilizzare la macchina per un lungo
periodo è necessario effettuare le seguenti operazioni:
- Pulire la macchina come indicato nel capitolo “I” e
posizionarla in un locale non polveroso e umido.
- Rimuovere le batterie e collocarle in un locale dove
non vi sia pericolo di gelo.
Procedere alla carica delle batterie una volta al mese.
- Ungere leggermente tutte le parti non verniciate con
olio o grasso.
- Coprire la macchina con un telo NON in plastica.

INATTIVITÀ
ATTENZIONE PERICOLO:
Prima di utilizzare la macchina è necessario effet-

H.11 - TEMPORARY OUT OF COMMISSION
If you think you will not use the machine for a long period,
you need to perform the following operations:

place it in a room not humid and dusty.
- Remove the batteries and place them in a place which
does not freeze.
Charge the batteries once a month.
- Slightly grease all the unpainted parts.
- Cover the machine with a cloth NOT made of plastic.
H.12 - INSPECTIONS AND CONTROLS AFTER A
LONG INACTIVITY TIME
WARNING DANGER:
Before using the machine it is necessary to carry
out the following checks:
- Carefully clean the machine.
- Check the battery charge, put it again on the machine
and connect the terminals after smearing them with
vaseline.

I.01 - OPERAZIONI DI MANUTENZIONE
Effettuare secondo la tabella riportata di seguito le opera-
zioni di manutenzione per mantenere in buono stato la
macchina.
Oltre alle operazioni di manutenzione descritte in que-
sto capitolo ci sono altre operazioni che devono essere
effettuate da personale tecnico specializzato della rete
di vendita.
Consigliamo di rivolgersi alla rete di vendita per concor-
dare un contratto di manutenzione adatto per la macchi-
na.
Le operazioni di manutenzione si suddividono in due
tipi:
MANUTENZIONE SECONDO NECESSITÀ
MANUTENZIONE PROGRAMMATA
ATTENZIONE PERICOLO:
Le operazioni di manutenzione devono essere ef-
fettuate da personale tecnico qualificato o da offi-
cine autorizzate. Operare sempre in sicurezza se-
condo le norme vigenti osservando le regole di si-
curezza per la movimentazione dei materiali di eser-
cizio e le norme indicate nei “capitoli A e B”.
I.01.1 - Operazioni preliminari alla manutenzione
Prima di effettuare le operazioni di manutenzione agire
come segue:
- Posizionare la macchina su una superficie piana ed
assicurarsi che non ci possano essere spostamenti
accidentali.
- Spegnere la macchina e togliere le chiavi.
- Segnalare visivamente che si stanno effettuando
operazioni di manutenzione.
ATTENZIONE PERICOLO:
Prima di effettuare qualsiasi intervento sull’impianto
elettrico scollegare la batteria.
I.02 - MANUTENZIONE SECONDO NECESSITÀ
Le manutenzioni secondo necessità sono quelle opera-
zioni che si effettuano quando la macchina ha bisogno
di pulizia e quando qualche componente si usura o non
funziona, ad esempio carica della batteria, sostituzione
lame raschianti ecc...
I.02.1 - Pulizia della macchina
La pulizia della macchina dipende dall’impiego e dal
luogo di lavoro.
In caso la macchina venisse a contatto con elementi
fortemente aggressivi quali acqua salata, fertilizzanti,
prodotti chimici, ecc. occorre eseguire una pulizia più
accurata possibilmente dopo ogni ciclo di lavoro, utiliz-
zando in particolare per il gruppo spazzola dell’acqua.

I.01 - MAINTENANCE OPERATIONS
Make the meintenance operations reported in the table
below in order to keep the machine in good conditions.
Further to the maintenance operations described in this
chapter there are also other operations that need to be
carried out by the skilled technical personnel from the
sales network.
We hence advise you to apply to the sales network in
order to agree upon a maintenace service being suitable
to the machine.
Maintenance operations are of two types:
EXTRAORDINARY MAINTENANCE
ROUTINE MAINTENANCE
WARNING DANGER:
Maintenance operations must be carried out by skilled
technical personnel or by authorised workshops.
Always work in safety conditions by complying with
the standards in force and by abiding by the safety
rules for handling of working materials as well as the
rules indicated in “chaptera A and B”.
I.01.1 - Maintenance preliminary operations
Before carrying out the maintenace operations comply
with the following procedure:
- Position the machine on a plane surface and make
sure that it cannot move accidentally.
- Turn off the machine and remove the keys.
- Visually signal that you are carrying out maintenance
opoerations.
WARNING DANGER:
Disconnect the battery before starting any
intervention on the electric installation.
I.02 - NEEDED MAINTENANCE
Needed maintenance concerns those operations that
are performed when the machine requires cleaning and
when some components are worn or do not work
properly; for instance, battery charge, scraping blades
replacement, etc...
I.02.1 - Machine cleaning
Machine cleaning depends on its use and on the work
place.
If the machine is touched by highly agressive elements
such as salted water, fertilizers, chemical products, etc.
you need to clean it carefully after every workshift, with
particular attention to the water brushes assembly.

I.02.2 - Ricarica delle batterie
- Sollevare il cofano superiore (1).
- Scollegare la spina (2) delle batterie dalla presa (3)
e collegarle alla presa (4) di un caricabatterie.
- Ricaricare le batterie osservando una specifica pro-
cedura stabilita dal costruttore e le seguenti norme
generali:
- Eseguire le operazioni di ricarica in un ambiente
asciutto e ben ventilato.
- Aprire i tappi degli elementi prima di effettuare qual-
siasi operazione di ricarica.
- Non avvicinare fiamme libere alle batterie e non fu-
mare.
ATTENZIONE PERICOLO:
Non rovesciare il liquido contenuto nelle batterie.

Non sostituire mai un fusibile guasto con un altro

Prima di sostituire un fusibile, arrestare tutte le fun-
zioni della macchina e togliere la chiave di avvia-
mento.
Nel caso in cui il fusibile sostituito dovesse ulterior-
mente interrompersi, rivolgersi presso un centro
assistenza autorizzato.

I.02.5 - Sostituzione spazzole
Le spazzole devono essere sostituite quando la lunghez-
za delle setole è inferiore a 20 mm.
Per eseguire tale operazione, svolgere le seguenti fasi:
- Sollevare dal pavimento il gruppo testata spazzole ed
aprire lo sportello laterale (1).
- Ruotare a mano la spazzola fino a quando non risul-
ta visibile la molla di fermo (2).
- Sganciare la spazzola (3) chiudendo la molla di fer-
mo (2).
- Sostituire con una spazzola nuova, prestando atten-
zione a riporla in posizione corretta e bloccarla con
la molla di fermo (2).
- Richiudere lo sportello laterale (1).
I.02.6 - Sostituzione delle lame raschianti
- Scollegare il tubo flessibile (1).
- Allentare i volantini (2) e smontare il gruppo
tergipavimento (3).
- Posizionare il tergipavimento al banco e allentare i
volantini (4) per togliere la bandella (5) blocca gom-
ma posteriore.
- Togliere la gomma posteriore (6) e sostituirla o ca-
povolgerla.
- Allentare i pomelli (7) per estrarre la gomma ante-
riore (5); sostituirla o capovolgerla.
NOTA:
Le gomme raschianti sono simmetriche, possono
essere capovolte e utilizzate da entrambi i lati pri-

I.02.5 - Brushes replacement
The brushes must be replaced when the bristles are
shorter than 20 mm.
To replace the brushes, follow the instructions below:
- Lift the brush head unit from the ground and open the
side door (1).
- Turn the brush by hand until the locking spring (2)
become visible.
- Unlock the brush (3) by closing the locking spring
(2).
- Replace the brush, making sure that the new brush
is correctly positioned and lock it with the locking
spring (2).
- Close the side door (1).

I.02.6 - Scraping blades replacement
- Disconnect the hosepipe (1).
- Loosen the handwheels (2) and disassemble the floor
wiper unit (3).
- Position the floor wiper onto the bench and loosen
the handwheels (4) to remove the rear rubber retaining
strap (5).
- Remove the rear rubber (6) and replace it or turn it
upside down.
- Loosen the knobs (7) to remove the front rubber piece
(8); then replace it or overturn it.
NOTA:
The scraping rubbers are symmetrical; they can be
