Jessica M. Campos Bristol, JD

Graduated from Catholic University of Ponce, Puerto Rico,

magna cum laude, in 2001. Approved the Puerto Rico Bar Exam, both, general and
notary, on September 2001. Has a background in business administration, major in
Accounting, magna cum laude, from the State University of Puerto Rico, Cayey
Campus. Attorney Campos-Bristol is also
"EX-CROEMITA"-an accelerated high school program that gave her the skills needed to
have obtained her Juris Doctor at her age of 24.

Attorney Campos formed Law Offices of Jessica Campos in 2005. Before becoming a
solo practicioner, Campos-Bristol was an associate in the prestigious firm, Cancio,
Nadal, Rivera & Díaz, located in San Juan, Puerto Rico, in the foreclosures
department.

The Firm has been successfully represented builders and developers for over 5 five
years. We have also represent general contractors, construction managers,
subcontractors, sureties, developers, owners, suppliers, equipment rental companies,
engineers and homeowners in contract drafting and negotiations, litigation, mediation
and other proceedings in connection with public and private construction contracts,
and projects, including permits.

The Firm deals with issues such as non-payment, extra work, delays, design changes,
changed conditions, mechanic's liens, bid protests, payment bond and performance
bond claims, and new home owners' claims presented at the Department of
Consumer's Affairs (DACO), real estate closings, landlord-tenant issues, among others.

We assist our clients with their corporate, commercial and real estate needs.
Attorney Campos takes pride in digging in and understanding the client's underlying
business, construction and costs terms. That knowledge, together with her strong
background in accounting and business, gives her a unique ability to bring added
value to the attorney-client relationship as she uses her business tools while
strategizing.

Many outstanding achievements have been obtained from this young entrepreneur.
Obtained two verdicts in Environmental Law which the outcome exceeded $3 million.
Campos is part of a group of consultants that, throughout the performance in public
hearings, have obtained the approval from the Board of Planning of Puerto Rico of
more than 4 developments; challenged at the Puerto Rico Court of Appeals and
Supreme Court. Authorized over 1,000 residential closings over a period of 3 years for
exclusive developments around The Island.

 Lourdes M. Torrers Esteves, JD.

Dedication to serving the needs of her clients has been the

backbone of Attorney Lourdes M. Torres-Esteves since 2002. Regardless of whether it's
settled or litigated, every case is prepared as if it's going to trial. Thoroughness is the
foundation of success in settlement negotiations and in court.

Lourdes Torres is an astute architect of winning trial strategy, and provides core
preparatory support for the firm's cases. A legal scholar, author and accomplished
speaker. Torres has an extensive background in litigating cases in the demanding,
high-stakes appellate arena. Having argued numerous appeals, Lourdes's experience
and outstanding skills give the Campos Law Firm a winning advantage in court.

Torres-Esteves has a passion for arts. With a major in Drama, magna cum laude, from
the State University of Puerto Rico and her participation in the International Student
Exchange Program at Toledo, Spain, she decided to take her talents into the area of
law.

Having worked her way through law school, Lourdes graduated with honors from the
Interamerican School of Law in San Juan, Puerto Rico. While there, she was the first
female to assume the position of Associate Director of the National Association of Law
Students (A.N.E.D.); awarded as Student of the Year in 2002.

Attorney Torres has served as Administrative Procedures Judge for the General
Education Council, ruling issues of Labor Law. Noteworthy in her varied trial
experience as an associate attorney in the prestigious firm Pedro Ortiz Alvarez Law
Office, she worked also as Public Relations Officer of Ortiz-Alvarez Law Office.
