Exploring Data Choiceboard

Directions: Throughout the unit students will be assigned to do 3 of the 9 activities. Students will
need to make sure to do at least one from each column. Each activity is worth 15 points. To get
full credit for each of the required activities students must complete the entire activity. Students
will be graded on completeness and not accuracy. If students decide to complete more than 3
activities then any additional ones will be considered extra credit. However, extra activities will
only be worth 5 points each. Students can earn up to 30 points extra credit that will count
towards their participation. Answer them on a separate sheet of paper showing all work and each
sheet to this paper.

Write a brief description of
the 68-95-99 rule for a
normal distribution. Explain
the process, how and when
the rule is applied. Write at
least a minimum of 5
sentences. Once description is
completed, then create a quiz
that includes the use of the

at least 4 problems. Please
