ones I'm talking about. It's
those prefabs that are moved in
halves to their new location. As
it pulled alongside and I looked
through the protective plastic at
the master bath, I realized it was
a nicer house than mine. When I
had my house built years ago, it
took more than 10 months. Now
I'm wondering if prefabs are
actually better than building on-
site. I see builders advertising
in my newspaper to build
them all the time. Are
there substantial cost
savings by building
with prefabs?
