Our company name is Pak china refreshments .We have select the Chinese food
product like different types of cold drinks, different types of Chinese jellies, fruit
jellies , biscuits candies ready to eat snacks different types of dry fruits like
banana pineapple and sandwiches and chicken sandwiches. May be it is like a
different idea as compare to our collogues some focus on the garments
business, some on the fast-food like burger and samosa and different types of
fast food item. Why we are focus on that business. The thing is Chinese product

item. That’s why we choose the Chinese food items.
We also do test marketing and the results were good. The people show a
positive result. They really like a different taste due to change in the product of a
different country.

Equal amount of investment will be shared by nine group members and profit will
be distributed in the same ratio. Seed Capital will be accumulated with the help of
our own savings in order to eliminate the interest factor on loans.

to its Chinese food product which are made in china. It provides a unique and
different taste to our customer and it will also attract the customer due to
quality, taste and unique packaging.

It will provide the combination of excellent quality at value pricing with special
discount and good atmosphere. If we analyze the different policies of the
organization, we come to know that the policies are too made after a detailed

MANAGEMENT PLANE
Our organization is consisting of nine members and it is a totally fully efficient
and effective firm. Every member is allowed to take decision with out permission
as we have a great understanding with each other, and every one knows what
the right decision is for the organization. Every member of the group is eligible for
his post as we chose the right person for the right job.
As we have 4 departments in our organization which are marketing, sales human
resource, finance department. First come to the marketing is managed by Mr.
Yang, Mr.shahid and Mr.malik adeel. Mobeen will handle the sales department.
Miss Javeria will handle hr department and Miss Sehrish will be our admin
manager. Miss zafreen will handle the accounts and Miss saira will handle the

Following estimated Income Statement tells about the Net Income after
entrepreneur week .Balance sheet is also given in the next page.

Capital Requirement (Estimated)

The Capital required to start a business in entrepreneur week is nearly Rs.25,


000. If we succeed to sell 80 units / item a day then we will get break even after 3
days and after that we will strive to get maximum profit.

8. Sales Promotion:

As far as the promotion is concerned Chinese food products are coming up in the
market with very comprehensive and unique promotional techniques. We will be
using following promotional techniques.

• Chinese food product will be promoted through broachers. These will be


distributed by group members.
• Direct Sales Promotion: on the marketing fare day our group member will
personally go to the visitors and tell them about our stall and its details.
And will get orders for the Chinese food and drinks.
• Banners: Banners of the stall will be displayed at different venues in order
to increase awareness of Chinese food item.

• Play cards will also be used as the tool of promotion.

From the above all discussion I have found that Chinese products has a Unique taste and
different product from our competitors due to a product of a different country. It is true to
say that Chinese products is fully applying all of its resources on Quality Practices,
