17 The Defendant above named, JOSHUA MARTINEZ, accused by the Clark County
18 Grand Jury of the crime(s) of AGGRAVATED STALKING (Category B Felony - NRS
19 200.575 - NOC 50333); STALKING WITH USE OF INTERNET OR ELECTRONIC
20 COMMUNICATION (Category C Felony - NRS 200.575 - NOC 50335); and OWNERSHIP
21 OR POSSESSION OF FIREARM BY PROHIBITED PERSON (Category B Felony - NRS
22 202.360 - NOC 51460), committed at and within the County of Clark, State of Nevada, on or
23 about the 19th day of February, 2021, as follows:
24 COUNT 1 - AGGRAVATED STALKING
25 did on or between June 1, 2017 and February 18, 2021 willfully, unlawfully,
26 feloniously, and intentionally engage in a course of conduct that would cause a reasonable
27 person to feel terrorized, frightened, intimidated, or harassed, to wit: by making repeated posts
28 on his social media account(s) regarding KENNETH MEAD and/or MICHAEL

 1 DICKERSON, including on January 6, 2021, JOSHUA MARTINEZ posted to his Facebook
2 account: "This is Detective Kenneth Mead with the Metropolitan Police Department. He is an
3 enemy of the constitution and has tried to make my life a living hell but has failed. To any
4 activist here in Las Vegas please keep an eye out for him. I also have his resume just in case
5 you want more intel on him. Contact me for more information;" this post included three screen
6 shots of photographs of KENNETH MEAD, that further identified him in writing in the screen
7 shot as "Detective Ken Mead with Las Vegas Metropolitan (Metro) Police Dept"; this post
8 includes comments from third parties such as: "This snowflake has a very punchable face,"
9 and "expose him;" subsequent to this post on January 6, 2021, JOSHUA MARTINEZ further
10 posted to his Facebook account: "The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with
11 the blood of patriots and tyrants," which resulted in a third party to comment "Man you are
12 good at cheerleading for violence," to which JOSHUA MARTINEZ replied "How can you
13 gain your rights back by working with a tyrannical government? You can't take down the
14 palace using the kings tools. Name a people who have gained their rights back by being
15 peaceful? Violence is what moves history. You may not like it but it's the truth," thereafter on
16 February 17, 2021, JOSHUA MARTINEZ posted to his Facebook account "This is Michael
17 Dickerson. He is Detective Kenneth Meads Bitch. Dickerson, I hope YOU and Mead die a
18 slow and painful death. I hope your family witness it. Mead, I have a message for you= Molon
19 Labe," this post included a photograph depicting Michael Dickerson and further includes a
20 video comment from a third party depicting someone running their thumb across their throat
21 in a manner depicting cutting or slicing someone's throat, thereafter, JOSHUA MARTINEZ
22 posted to his Facebook account an article titled "EXCLUSIVE: INNOCENT FATHER
23 BRANDED DOMESTIC TERRORIST FOR SUPPORTING CONSTITUTION," dated
24 February 22, 2020, wherein the author recounts JOSHUA MARTINEZ's prior criminal
25 prosecution for a gun crimes offense, that was prosecuted by MICHAEL DICKERSON, which
26 details JOSHUA MARTINEZ placing blame on KENNETH MEAD for this prosecution
27 and/or his subsequent time spent in custody, thereafter on February 18, 2021, JOSHUA
28 MARTINEZ posted to his Facebook account "I cant wait to see the news and hear that

 1 Detective Kenneth Mead is in that casket," this post included a photograph of uniformed
2 officers carrying a casket draped in the American flag with the caption: "How police officers
3 take out their trash," furthermore on February 18, 2021, JOSHUA MARTINEZ posted to his
4 Instagram account "RIP Mead," this post included the same photograph of officers carrying a
5 casket draped in the American Flag, and that course of conduct did, in fact, cause KENNETH
6 MEAD to feel terrorized, frightened, intimidated or harassed, and in conjunction therewith
7 defendant did threaten KENNETH MEAD with the intent that KENNETH MEAD be placed
8 in reasonable fear of death or substantial bodily harm.
9 COUNT 2 - STALKING WITH USE OF INTERNET OR ELECTRONIC
COMMUNICATION

11 did on or between June 1, 2017 and February 18, 2021 willfully, unlawfully,
12 feloniously, and intentionally engage in a course of conduct with use of an internet or network
13 site, electronic mail, text messaging or any other similar means of communication to publish,
14 display or distribute information in a manner that substantially increased the risk of harm or
15 violence to KENNETH MEAD, that course of conduct would cause a reasonable person to
16 feel terrorized, frightened, intimidated, or harassed and did, in fact, cause KENNETH MEAD
17 to feel terrorized, frightened, intimidated or harassed, by making repeated posts on his social
18 media account(s) regarding KENNETH MEAD and/or MICHAEL DICKERSON, including
19 on January 6, 2021, JOSHUA MARTINEZ posted to his Facebook account: "This is Detective
20 Kenneth Mead with the Metropolitan Police Department. He is an enemy of the constitution
21 and has tried to make my life a living hell but has failed. To any activist here in Las Vegas
22 please keep an eye out for him. I also have his resume just in case you want more intel on him.

23 COUNT 3 - OWNERSHIP OR POSSESSION OF FIREARM BY PROHIBITED PERSON
24 did willfully, unlawfully, and feloniously own, or have in his possession and/or under
25 his custody or control, a firearm, to wit: a Sears Roebuck shotgun bearing Serial No.
26 NZ734933 and/or a Ruger, bearing Serial No. 380217829 and/or an H&R pump shotgun, bearing
27 Serial No. NZ734933, the Defendant being a convicted felon, having in 2019, been convicted
