To avoid this constraints of mismatching of learning activity to the ability of the students , Teachers should modify the activities and teaching strategies to cater the needs of the learners and also assessment can be the key to determine the strength and weaknesses of the students. This will make the teaching and learning process more effective.
2. How does social factors and individual differences influence learning?
Basically, The social environment influences learning by creating a
language environment and an experience environment which stimulate the mind to grow, and by systematically rewarding a child for learning.
More so, Learning is also a social process. In the classroom, learning
takes place when the learner interacts with instructors and peers. The learning environment and classroom dynamics may affect the learning experience either positively or negatively.
Environment will reflect on individual differences and commonalities of an
individual. Appreciation for individual differences and respect for each other opinion influences learning. Through teachers effort and love for the pupils it will produce a safe and motivating environment for diverse learners.
