Dengue – a gentle reminder

Please be aware that dengue does not disappear altogether during the drier months, although it is more
common during the wet season there are still a number of cases reported every month. There is still a need
to be vigilant and try to avoid getting bitten by mosquitoes by:

using mosquito repellent,

destroying any possible mosquito breeding areas at home,
wearing long sleeves/trousers and
closing mosquito nets and outside doors.
