was founded in 2004 as a manufacturing
and commercial branch of Lavorwash
Spa Group, Italian company founded in
1975, one of the world’s most important
manufacturers of high-tech cleaning
systems for small and large surfaces
for more than 35 years. Nowadays the
company has an increasing consolidated
turnover and more than 500 employees
situated in several branches in Italy,
China, Brazil, France, Spain and UK.
The company recently celebrated
the opening of its new headquarters
which includes a warehouse, but
more importantly a larger factory, with more space and improved organisation for production, for a total of 20,000 sqm.

Technology and design

Relying on a thirty-years of experience and the know-how of Lavorwash Group, production technology and design are
transferred daily from Italy to China. The development of new models and new products, designed in the
Italian headquarters, is followed step by step by resident Italian engineers.
The opening of the new facility has led to an increase in the varieties of models in the range, providing
greater flexibility in production and the possibility of developing new products.

New developments
ECO Energy range with innovative remote pressure and flow control system directly on the gun

1) Innovative remote pressure and flow control

A new and easier way to adjust pressure and flow rate: three handy buttons located
directly on the gun with three different washing modes.

2) Energy saving motor power management system

The ECO position, in addition to the energy saving, also allows a better efficiency of the
motorpump which results in a longer duration of its components.

3) Innovative radio frequency remote control system for the high-pressure cleaner
The gun is equipped with a radio transmitter which sends radio signals directly to the
motor pump avoiding any electromechanical connection.

Quality and service

The LAVOR brand assures the quality of all products certified by leading certificate Corporations such as
CE, CCC, CQC, GS, UL, TUV, KEMA, RoHS, INMETRO. Product quality is also certified by internal testing on 100%
of production and by FFU certification on customers request.
The larger area of the new facility has allowed the company to streamline quality control thanks to the set-up of new testing
spaces and rooms with new equipment.

Italian management
Italian managers, engineers and employees run the company and are in constant contact with the headquarters in Italy. Yongkang
Lavorwash Equipment Co. Ltd stretches over more than 30,000 square meters, with a growing number of employees continuously
increasing.
