Methodology and Approach

1.2 Project Description

Title: New Wall Mounted Type ACU at CISCO Hub Room
Location: 9th,11th Floor Philplans Corporate Center, Taguig City
Contractor: Connecticom Global Network, Inc.
Project Details: Data Center PACU replacement Works
1.3 Scope of Work:
1. Dismantling of drywall
2. Dismantling of PACU units
3. Installation of new PACU units
4. Restoration of Affected areas
5. Punchlist & acceptance
1.4 Materials and Equipments
1. Copper Pipes and Insulations
2. wirings and support hangers
3. Drainpipes
4. Blow torch
5. Hand drill
6. Vacuum Pump
7. Refrigerant and Nitrogen tank
8. Various hand tools

1.5 Procedure:
1.5.1 Dismantling of existing unit
1. Dismantling of drywall and steel door.
2. Dismantling of Existing PACU units and refrigerant pipes.
1.5.2 Transportation and Movement
1. Forklifts to be used on carrying PACU units.
2. Transfer the PACU units to movable platform for carrying to upper floors.
3. Supply of Copper tubes, Refrigerant and drainpipe materials and consumables.
4. Supply of 2 units of ECB for Unit, existing wirings are advise to be reuse.
5. Supply of Electrical pipes and fittings, hangers and supports.
6. Installation of Copper tubes from Indoor unit to Outdoor unit.
7. Installation of Electrical piping and wirings from indoor to outdoor unit.
8. Installation of Electrical piping and wirings from outdoor unit to ECB Panel.
9. Mounting of Indoor and Outdoor Unit.
