1. The website with revised changes has not been published yet.
2. David has informed launch is scheduled to be at the end of August or in the early
September. The plans for the same are in progress
3. David informs Antony that the business plan has not changed much though the terms and
conditions need to go through some minor changes after which it is to be sent to the FCA

6. NebuLogic has demonstrated the user journey:
 A company is set up. This is approved by Simon after which a mail is sent to

 There is an automatic web integration between the GOJI and the NebuLogic
services after which the wallet is created.
7. NebuLogic has created a new account for the GOJI demo
8. The FCA/KYC check and investor test is demonstrated all of which work fine
9. The congratulatory message has not displayed the word “Restricted investor
“ a it was run for the first time. It was later shown on refreshing.
10. NebuLogic yet to figure out how to simulate payment to GOJI but have the code ready. The
procedure followed now was explained:
 The user is to choose the debit card as a payment option while making a payment
for the first time which triggers an email with a receipt from stripe.
 The bank details are collected from the user (not shared with GOJI) to make the
payment after which shares are allocated to the user

  There had been a delay in receiving the emails from stripe (frequency 3-5 minutes)
 Naveen had fixed the issue with webhook on the call after which the email was
received

11. It seemed like there had been a problem getting the webhook
12. The terms and conditions include a clause stating that this includes maintenance and will
go ahead with this structure if the FCA approves it.
13. Ally has asked if there would be a message saying “our team will get in touch with you
soon” that is displayed if at all the restricted investor is not verified.
14. She has been informed that there are 7 failure conditions which will be shown to the user
accordingly
15. The total investment remains zero unless the payment is cleared
16. Ritch informs that there are three states:

 Payment has not been cleared but user request has been reserved
 Received the payment but car is not fully funded
 If the car is fully funded then the shares are marked as the user’ shares accordingly

17. The payment pending message was not shown in My garage section while the email was
awaited

19. “Est. car evaluations “and “Est. profit to date” are given values manually for now, the
demo of which was shown by Naveen.

different users
22. NebuLogic has figured a way out for the above but it is yet to be tested. A “Pay out”
scheme in which all transactions are included is used to do this. This helps to know which
user carried out which transaction.
23. User pays for the second time:

 If the user has some shares in a car already, he can only buy the remaining number of
shares for that user (the ones available for that user apart from the ones he bought)
 The user can opt for “Bank transfer” as a payment option now which triggers 3 emails
(sent at 7 days,3 days and 24 hours) to the user saying that his shares have been reserved.
Simon is happy with it.

25. The payment was simulated on the call. Simon had received the webhook and has
confirmed that the deposit had come in.

26. After GOJI (Simon) had approved it, a mail was sent to User (Naveen) saying that the bank
transfer has been successful
27. Antony has agreed to be the property partner and make his bid once all the glitches are
solved
28. Naveen has mentioned that he has some questions to Simon regarding the equities.
