    Personal Write-up

    A highly motivated mechanical engineer with strong engineering knowledge practiced in


    truly complex and demanding previous working experiences. I have learnt and sharpened my
    skills over the years not only in terms of applying engineering knowledge but also
    interpersonal skills through my academical achievements and university level engineering
    projects and competitions. I have exhibited and excelled in leading various multinational
    teams. I am attracted to the engineering manager position at Dyson because I believe my
    strong leadership and management skills will be a strong foundation in leading complex
    projects towards a higher success rate in a shorter time. I will be a strong asset to your
    company in adaptation and success of the 4th Industrial Revolution.
