The above table shows that in order to get the objective which is the
maximization of the profit to be earned, the toy company must produce a total of 800
dolls A and 400 of dolls B to achieve the maximum profit of Rs 16,000. Given that the
total number of dolls produced should not exceed 1,200, which as the data provided
was fully utilized without having any slack. The production level of dolls of type A can
exceed three times the production of dolls of type B by at most 600 units, which can be
seen in the data that it is not binding with a 1000 slack. This means that there is an
unutilized resource, as represented by the less-than-or-equal constraint, that is not
being used. The demand for dolls of type B is at most half of that for dolls of type A,
which can be seen as binding, thus it is fully utilized.

This table shows the range of optimality for our problem. This means that the
company must produce 800 of doll A and 400 of doll B in order to maximize profit. In
every 1 doll of type A produced we can have a profit of Rs 12.00 and for every 1 doll of
type B produce we can have a profit of Rs 16.00, (12*800=9600, 16*400=6400) having
a total profit of Rs 16,000.00. It also shows that in order to maintain the optimality of our
solution, we are only allowed to have an increase for the objective coefficient of 4 and
an allowable decrease of 20 for doll A. For doll type B the allowable increase is infinite
and allowable decrease of 4. There is no reduced cost because the solution is already
maximized.
