    That on or about October 16, 2009 David Wessel began practicing Fraud upon this Court, and a myriad

    of other crimes against the Administration of Justice, including Crimes upon a Child, mainly Child
    Kidnapping by Fraudulent means, whereupon this entire family has been held hostage by Court
    Process, under the maintenance of what appears to be Extortion, as said children were held without
    warrant, whilst the Father, David Bambic has been misimprisoned throughout this case as the
    Perpetrator of various abuses against them, although there is evidence to maintain as to David Wessel's
    ability to PROTECT said children, that he has not, and in fact has allowed these two minor children to
    be subjected to further abuse, at the hands of their mother, known to have used illegal drugs in 2008,
    testing positive for such substance, known to make false statements within Emergency Petitions for
    restrain, etc...
