COMPROMISE AGREEMENT

We, MARIANO LUMABI, of legal age, and a resident of Casibarag Sur, Cabagan, Isabela.
herein called the LANDLORD (First Party), and EUGENE MENDOZA, of legal age, resident of
Sitio Balagan Naganacan, Santa Maria, Isabela herein called the TENANT (Second Party).

Whereas the first party and the second party had entered into a contract over a parcel
of land located at Paculago, Tallag, Cabagan, Isabela;

Whereas, the Second Party, after deducting the share of “treyser” and “unos” from the
harvest, the second party will give ¼ share from the remaining harvest to the First Party as his
owner share (tersia);

WHEREFORE, the first party and second party are executing this compromise agreement
to attest the truthfulness of the foregoing and abide accordingly,

 COMPROMISE AGREEMENT

We, EDELYN PEÑARANDA of legal age, and a resident of 25 Del Rosario Street, Centro
Micro Valley, Tuguegarao City, Cagayan herein called the First Party, and PAUL PLETE
represented by her mother ELMA PLETE of legal age, and resident of Anao, Cabagan Isabela,
herein called the Second Party most respectfully submit the following compromise agreement,
to wit; .

1. The First Party, an agent of Globe Telecom, Inc. while the Second Party has appeared
to be a subscriber under Subscription Agreement with an Account No. 76696237
and Handyphone No. 9173162614 and as such, appeared to have an outstanding
balance of P4386.64 as of February 21, 2013 per letter of Atty. Gilbert A. Escoto,
Legal Counsel of Globe Telecom, Inc which the latter denied having such account or
any contract with said company;
2. The first party admitted and agreed to be the sole responsible person in settling said
legal problem with said company and clear the name of the second party of any
liability thereof;

3. The first party, Edelyn Peñaranda , is bound to accept all the liabilities of Paul Plete
regarding the Outstanding Balance in connection with the Subscription Agreement;

4. The second party agreed as long as all the remaining balance of Paul Plete will be
paid by first party Edelyn Peñaranda;

WHEREFORE, the first party and second party are executing this compromise agreement
to attest the truthfulness of the foregoing and abide accordingly,

abandoned the second party and his child the first party promised to give an initial
support with an amount of Thirty Six Thousand (P36, 000.00) Pesos payable in one
year starting today September 2, 2013 and the balance will be on every 30 th day of
the month.

2. The first party hereby acknowledges such monthly financial support and promise
that he will give the monthly financial support to the second party and his child.

3. The first party will give the amount of One Thousand Five Hundred (1,500.00) Pesos
every 15th and 30th day of the month starting on September 30, 2013. The said
amount will be deposited to the account of his Child Joshua Brandon Napao at the
BPI.
 4. The second party accepts the said agreement with the condition that failure of the
