COMPROMISE AGREEMENT

We, RAFAEL M. LAGGUI, of legal age, married and a resident of

Barangay Catabayungan, Cabagan, Isabela, herein called the First
Party/Father, and AERYN SIGDAY ABISTADO of legal age, married, and
resident of 67B, Sct. De Guia, Bgry. Laging Handa, 1103, Quezon City,
NCR, herein called the Second Party/Mother most respectfully submit the
following compromise agreement, to wit;

1. That the parties previously had a romantic relationship and are the
parents of minor Rafaryn Abistado Laggui born on November 1,
2014;

2. That the parties wish to enter into this Custody Agreement in order
to settle the care and custody of the aforesaid child.

3. The mother shall have sole and exclusive custody of the child until
she reaches the age of seven (7) and all final decision-making
authority related to significant matters impacting the welfare of the
child, including but not limited to, matters of education, religion and
health care. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the father shall, in every
case (except in the event of an emergency), be provided the
opportunity to participate in the decision-making process as to any
such significant matters.

4. The mother shall have residential custody of the child. As such, the
child will reside at the mother’s residential address. In the event of the
mother’s death or in the event the mother is otherwise incapable or
unable to perform her responsibilities as custodial parent for the child,
the father will assume all such responsibilities as custodial parent.

5. Notwithstanding anything contained in or implied by the foregoing,

the father shall have access to the child at daytime at any day. The
father/second party is entitled to the custody and unrestricted access
of the child during the summer months particularly April and May,
during school vacation, provided the father works in good faith with
the mother and uses best reasonable efforts to schedule such
vacation on dates convenient for the mother.
 IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have caused this
Agreement to be executed and duly delivered and effective as of this date.

 COMPROMISE AGREEMENT

We, DENNIS C.PUA, of legal age, married and a resident of Barangay II,
Tumauini Isabela, herein called the Husband (First Party), and GRACE BUCAD PUA of
legal age, married, and resident of Barangay II, Tumauini Isabela, herein called the
wife (Second Party) most respectfully submit the following compromise agreement, to
wit; .

1. The parties are husband and wife wherein the wife filed a case of Violence
Against Women 9262 pending before the Regional Trial Court Branch 22,
Cabagan Isabela.

1. The first party and the second party agreed on the following terms and
conditions:

1.1 The first party will give financial support in the amount of THIRTEEN
THOUSAND (P13, 000, 00)Pesos a month payable on every 15th day with
an amount of Six Thousand Five Hundred Pesos and on the 30th day of the
month another Six Thousand Five Hundred Pesos effective on November 15,
2013 and will be deposited on this account No.5286672920021953 to the
second party.

1.2 The second party will not anymore participate in the trial and prayed for the
dismissal of the case considering that the parties settled their minor
differences and that the first party will continue giving financial support to
them monthly.

1.3 The second party accepts the said agreement with the condition that failure
of the first party to pay such amount such as agreed upon, this compromise
agreement will be automatically rescinded and the second party will file the
necessary charges against the later.

WHEREFORE, the first party and second party are executing this compromise
agreement to attest the truthfulness of the foregoing and abide accordingly,
