 SCHOOL HISTORY Our activities
The history of Sekolah Kebangsaan Taiping estab-
lishment started between the years 1870 – 1878. At the be-
ginning, this school was known as Sekolah Lelaki Melayu
Taiping (Taiping Malay Boys School) . This double -storey  5-WORDS-A-DAY PROGRAMME

This building had nine classroom, a music room, a comput-
er room, an art room, a science room, a textbooks room, a
room for handicraft works and open hall. The cost of this
building was RM 1.5 million. With the establishment of this
building, all pupils managed to study together in one ses-
sion just as what the Ministry of Education had planned.
