The Vice President of Product Management is responsible for the integrity of the platform
software, ensuring that the software is developed according to market requirements and to the
highest standards, and defining the licensing, packaging and pricing of the software.

Job Duties (include, but not limited to):

Maintain a product management team:


• Manage a team of people responsible for the product management of the individual products
that make up the platform.
• Defining product management team organization as well as recruiting and retaining product
managers
• Ensure product managers establish and maintain expertise in their respective areas.
• Develop future company leaders
Coordinate company functions and resources to bring products to market
• Work effectively with executive management across all departments of the company
(Executives, Sales, Technology, Legal, Finance, Services, etc.) to ensure all components of the
company work effectively to bring products to market.
• Define processes and systems to manage the corporate product catalog and its integration with
other corporate processes
• Establish and analyze the effectiveness of product pricing and packaging

Coordinate with Technology on the specification and development of the products
• Review and approve product development plans and feature descriptions
• Define the long term platform strategy including new products and markets
