Technical Configuration
Material and Workmanship
 All materials used for the European Type Crane shall be new and the best of their respective kinds under well known
international standards, codes and regulations. Workmanship is to be of highest standard and quality in even
respect.

Safety Devices
The European Type Crane shall be provided with mechanical and electrical safety devices to avoid to the operator and

Corrosion Protection and Painting

 International standard

to be complied.
 The surface of cranes have preservative treatment,;
 All the cables are anticorrosive cables;
 The crane and its structures are to be painted with epoxy type paints or any other high quality paints before
shipment.
 Detailed paint schemes with type and dry film thickness of each coat are to be clearly specified in the offer.
 Surface preparation should be up to at least SA 2.50 before application

 Steel structures : Golden yellow
 Hoist trolley: Golden yellow and Black.

Labeling
 All information written on the electric wire rope hoist lifting is to be both in Chinese & English Language.
 Nameplates in Chinese & English from original equipment manufacturer shall be attached to the machine and its
accessories.
 Nameplates shall bear the model and serial number, name of manufacturer and country, year of manufacturer,
ratings and other relevant information.
 Safety warning and any other information critical to the operation and maintenance of the machine is to be attached
on the frame of the double girder overhead crane.
