 In  Nov.  2005,  Science  of  Spirituality  purchased  the  old  IncenCve  School
Then  (2006)
from  the  Richmond  School  Board  for  $800,000.  The  building  was  boarded
up  and  a  shambles.  6,000  sq.  U,  on  1.3  barren  acres,  but  it  had  promise.

 An  extensive  organic  garden  was  planted.
Flowering  shrubs,  perennials,  pathways,
35  fruit  trees,  vines  and  vegetables.  30  loads
of  topsoil  were  brought  in  to  build  a  berm,  on  
top  of  which  a  cedar  hedge  was  planted.  The  
property  was  fenced  for  noise  and  security.
