Ok so i just returned to Karachi from islamabad 2 hours ago , I didnt have any internet
access over there so i couldnt posted it earlier. Allhamdullilah my interview went great..
My interview was on 12th May,
I reached the venue on time, first they will give you an attendance sheet to sign , Then a
person will check your original documents against your bio data form that you filled when
you were applying(Bring all the academic documents, job experience certificates etc,
otherwise he will marked it as 'certificate not available').
After verification of documents a panel consisting of two personal will take your
Psychological test, the will ask you some questions like, where you live? how did you came
to Islamabad(By air train etc), where are you staying, What makes you angry , what is your
weakness, what is your best quality. Nothing to write some verbal questions Only.(dont do
any thing in front of them like setting you hair, cracking fingers or pressing and releasing
the cap of your pen, they took my pen for it and didnt returned it :-( )

After this test , a panel of four engineers(Some aged and senior engineers) will ask
technical questions to you, they asked me the following questions

1) they asked me to draw a control diagram with a unity feedback (H(s)=1) and G(s), then
they asked me to drive the equation of sensitivity E(s)/R(s), where E(s) is the error and
R(s) is the input to the system. (I did it correctly)

2)Then they asked me to draw a circuit of low pass filter, i did, then they asked me to draw
an active low pass filter(i.e using opamp), then they asked me to write the formula for its
cuttoff frequency.(Fc=1/(2*pi*R*C)).

3) Then they ask me to draw a circuit with a 120 volt DC source, two loads connected in
parallel to supply, one load draws 30 Amps, and other draws 50 Amps, the line is 500 meter
long(resistivity 0.1 ohm per 100 meter) , they asked me to calculate voltage drop across
each load(the loads are in parallel but they won't have same drop because the transmission
line is lossy )

4)Finally they asked me about my final year project, and asked relevant questions.

My interview went good, they asked me about what i am doing now, job or MS, i said MS ,
they told me that you wont be allowed to study further if we hire you , i said i know that.
They asked me if you were to be given choice between you MS and this job at KRL what
would you choose, i said JOB is my priority(I just said it for the time being, i didnt meant
what i said   obviously i will decide that when they offer me appointment )
