We thank you for responding to our advertisement for the post of Management Trainee in our organization.
1. You are requested to appear for the written test at the center on the date and time specified above. Please affix your recent passport size
photograph (which will be matched with the photograph submitted by you earlier with your registration slip) and sign in the space provided
above and get it attested by a Gazetted officer or Principal of Govt. school/college/institution last attended failing which you will not be
allowed to appear in the written test.
2. This Admit Card should be brought to the examination center and handed over to the room invigilator.
3. You should reach the test center before the reporting time as mentioned above. Latecomers will not be permitted to appear in the test.
4. Request for change of Test Center/Test Date & Address of correspondence will not be entertained under any circumstances.
5. Sample question paper is enclosed along with the Admit Card.
6. Outstation SC/ST/PWD candidates will be reimbursed to and fro second class rail fare or ordinary bus fare for journey by the shortest route,
provided the distance between mailing address mentioned above and the test center is not less than 30km. Payments will be made to
SC/ST/PWD candidates at the venue subject to submission of Travel Reimbursement claim form along with original ticket / receipt or
photocopy thereof or original bus ticket (s) and copy of caste/disability certificate after the end of written test. Candidates who have opted for
test centre other than the nearest centre from the mailing address will not be paid Travel reimbursement. Travel reimbursement form is
enclosed along with the Admit card.
7. Please note down your Registration Number for future reference or keep a photocopy of the admit card with you, as this Admit Card will be
collected from you at the test center. In case you have received more than one admit card, you should bring all admit cards and surrender them
to your invigilator. PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU ARE ALLOWED TO APPEAR IN THE TEST FOR ONE DISCIPLINE ONLY.
8. Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited will not be responsible for any delay or non delivery of this admit card on account of postal
department.
9. This letter does not constitute an offer of employment.
10. Your shortlisting for further selection process will be subject to your fulfilling the eligibility criteria as mentioned in the advertisement, failing
which your candidature can be rejected on scrutiny at any time.
11. PLEASE READ THE TEST INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY.
 INSTRUCTIONS TO CANDIDATE FOR WRITTEN TEST
1. Candidates are not allowed to carry any papers, notes, books, calculators, cellular phones, scanning devices, Pager etc in the examination hall.
Any candidate found using or in possession of such unauthorized material or indulging in copying or impersonation or adopting unfair means is
liable to be disqualiÞed and may be subjected to penal action.
2. Strictly follow the instructions given by central supervisor/Room Invigilator and those given on the question booklet.
3. You must bring HB Pencil for the written test.
4. After Þnishing the examination, handover complete booklet and answer sheet to the room invigilator. DO NOT carry the question booklet or any
part thereof outside the examination room.
5. The duration of test is 2 hrs. The written test will consist of two parts (I) Test on General Aptitude (II) Test on Technical/Professional Knowledge.
6. The test consists of objective type questions only. Each objective question is followed by 4 responses in alphabets ‘a’ to ‘d’. Your task is to
choose the correct/ best response and mark your response with HB Pencil in the answer sheet and not in the question booklet.
7. For each correct response, the candidate will get 1 mark. For each incorrect response one ‐ fourth (1/4) mark will be deducted from the total
score. Unanswered questions will get no marks.
8. Completely darken the CIRCLE so that the number inside the circle is not visible.
9. Darken ONLY ONE CIRCLE for each answer. If you darken more than one circle, that answer will not be evaluated.
10. Mark answer only in the space provided. DO NOT make any stray marks anywhere on the answer sheet. DO NOT fold or wrinkle the answer
sheet. Rough work MUST NOT be done on the answer sheet. Use your test booklet for this purpose.
11. If there is any variation between the English and Hindi version of a question, please treat the English version as authentic.
