The ZPWD- 330 Square Grill Welding Machine is welding and cutting integrated equipment
controlled by world- advanced programmable controller PLC and Touch screen, which can auto-
completes the steel wire alignment.

This networking of automatic welding machine is the equipment which can product setting-
length of flat-mesh, its vertical and horizontal steel mesh grid spacing is 50mm X 50mm, the

IV Working conditions, hanging and installation

(One) Workplace environments

This equipment must work in conditions that enough air is supplied to be compressed and its
pressure is 0.5 ˜ 0.8 Mpa 0

(Two) Transportations

1. We suggest dismantling package of equipment at loading bay. Check if there is any

disrepair or damage to equipment before installation, if damages or shortages are found,
and caused by the manufacturer, please contact the quality- control department of our
company.

2. Try to transport with crane. Should pay attention to barycenter and reliable equipment is
rise at 50mm to 100mm height; finally steadily set it down after it is at lay bay.

3. Elevation

Correctly and safely install the equipment must do as follows

Hosting equipment with enough lifting capacity,

(Three) Installation

(3) Action to check the valve

(Two) Notes

(1) Must pay attention to all electrical components on electron control box check operation
