Our export-oriented facilities have earned us a reputation of excellence among
global clients. Today, most of our garments are exported to European and
American markets.

We are capable of producing a diverse assortment of high-quality international
standard apparels (Bottoms,jackets,dungare). We stand firm in our commitment
to achieving excellence in product development, manufacturing and quality
through our innovative quality-oriented product offerings.

We hire based on the potential we see in people. At Siddiqsons , we value
talented people from any background that are eager to work towards the

Q : 8 Which one is easy ‘hiring’ or’ firing’ an employee?


In private firm it is not that much easy to fire an employee ,we have some
commitments with our employees .So neither hiring nor firing is easy.
Q : 9 Do you involve your lower level employees in decision
making?
It depends on the situation. As we have hundreds of employees working in the
company and everyone opinions are different , So we do not agree upon all at the
same time.

Q : 10 How you responding to the labor shortage?


We offer them internships and make strategies to cope up with the situation.
Sometimes we increase the tasks of our existing labor by giving double amount of
wages.
