In private firm it is not that much easy to fire an employee ,we have some commitments with our employees .So neither hiring nor firing is easy. Q : 9 Do you involve your lower level employees in decision making? It depends on the situation. As we have hundreds of employees working in the company and everyone opinions are different , So we do not agree upon all at the same time.

We offer them internships and make strategies to cope up with the situation. Sometimes we increase the tasks of our existing labor by giving double amount of wages.
